New to engagement marketing and Braze has been invaluable!
What do you like best about the product?
The Braze Learning resources have been my favorite thing about Braze. There is documentation on EVERYTHING I might need, and both the self-paced courses and live classes have been invaluable, engaging, and empowering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding that anything I find difficult about Braze can be mitigated by working with my engineering team to set up new data points and capabilities!

It helps us to individualize the content and support we offer our members, and to drive engagement
Just a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is User-friendly, has a great feature list and ist constantly evolving. If there are small features missing, they usually are in progress or in a beta already, They really listen to their customers. The Email Creator works incredible, segmentation is easy, and tagging quit funcational.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is really high of course. It might be the most expensive. Reporting could be a lot better as well and manually uploading data is kind of hard.

Simplifies customer communication and provides good insight to analytics

Takes a little while to get familiar with the dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to spin up marketing comms and callouts while helping us understand our customer journey through the product and cater our offerings to customer needs.
Quality and not too complicated products

- Native integrations with CDP (Segment)
- Personalisation in Braze is quite good and easy to understand, even with beginner (Catalog + Liquid Code)
- Estimate number of user segment is very fast

What do you dislike about the product?
- The criteria category to create user segment is sometimes confusing as the search doesn't work for all criterias inside big category (for example: subscription group, custom attribution, etc)
- Canvas trigger is a bit limited
- Documentation could be better to help users navigate inside the product

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and personalised email communication from Braze is super helpful for us when we need to communicate to millions of users. Also, as it has native integration with Segment, we could connect with our CDP right away and transfer custom audiences for specific targeting purpose.

We can use multiple channels of messaging like push notifications, in app messages, email campaigns, content cards very easily and also it can be integrated with external apps.

Sometimes it requires external integrations for simple or deep insights.

The team have been super helpful during setup.
I found there was a strong onboarding process and helpful customer support team.
In regards to ease of implementation - I am in the beginning of this stage and find it easy to use so far.

a great marketing automation option
What do you like best about the product?
Its a simple to use, simple to navigate product that covers a lot of different functionality and can scale to deep deep automations.
The integrations are very clear and instructions on linking is super simple.

so far my use of the platform has been pretty easy to get around and do what I need to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to house our data in a very safe manner and braze was the right solution for that. We also need to still be able to scale our automations and run campaigns that deliver on our goals - so far braze has been exceptional and proving the value of automations.

The canvas feature of Braze is super intuitive and fluid, allowing for really easy to set up automation flows.

Braze has some limitations in the email building space with the pre set in modules.

Braze is great for personalisation and the canvas builder is really helpful in making those splits for personalisation.

Automating email campaigns and Push notifications and deep linking them and it is easy to use. Also, the integration of apps.

Don't think there's anything to dislike as of now.

The intuitive interface of the platform is easy to use, which improves our user experience. In addition, braze has made my job much easier and saved me an incredible amount of time.

I'm doing really well with Braze, there's nothing I don't like.

Its integration with other tools is perfect, my work has improved a lot since then. Their pricing structure is amazing, it adapts to different companies.
