Optimising automations
What do you like best about the product?
It's very friendly for a robust platform. You can find all of the main features at a glance (campaign, automation and segments). For a platform that I use every day, at 90% of my work hours, it makes it easier to quickly find you most used sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to get granular details about your sends, like the specific email sent to a customer or the exact number of users in a segment after you saved it. Sometimes it feels really hard to get a reply from support too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze automates our mains journeys and easily provides omnichannel campaigns. It makes it easy to personalise the messages with Liquid.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows me to connect with my users easily and quickly, send messages to my users in real time managing to create greater connection and loyalty, Braze allows me to grow my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Braze, the experience has been great

Digital marketing in a short time and saving huge amounts of money for my company.
The leader for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
I love Braze. It is super powerful, super flexible and has a great community of users that are there to support you. The team takes feedback seriously, they are quick to try to help, and they keep on adding features.
Braze is the leader in this space for a reason. It is such an incredibly powerful tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only two things come to mind:
1. data availability...there are limitations to what data you can use and for how long
2. cost...its expensive. No way around it. Not saying that the cost outweighs the value...Braze enabled us to do a ton of things, which drove a lot of value for our users and revenue for us, but it is expensive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Braze for email, SMS & MMS, push notifications, in app notifications and customer journey building. It was THE way that we communicated with our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run multiple channels in one platform. The segmentation capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on reporting and joining custom revenue metrics.

Consolidating channels and building proactive user journeys.

Why I like Braze
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface and the ability to send personalised comms (email & sms) to users based on their behaviour and preferences. I also like the integrations it has with Tealium, Meta and other social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with personalisation there is always a risk of sending unwanted or irrelevant comms so you need to have your finger on the pulse in these instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed our business to orchestrate campaigns across multiple touchpoints - particularly email and SMS. It has also allowed us to tailor ongoing communications for future campaigns based on how users prefer to be engaged i.e. what channel
Excellent Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform stands out for its flexible segmentation and campaign automation, as well as offering various means of communication. It also allows the creation of detailed reports and provides real-time insights that make all the difference.

Braze simple customization
What do you like best about the product?
I love Braze because it allows me to customize the messages in my own way, it is an ideal and easy to use platform, it allows me to optimize my time and boost our growth and communication in high volume.

Nothing really, it's easy to use and I love Braze.
