Braze real time communication
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a reliable and intuitive platform to use, it is perfect to automate messages and notifications, completely personalized messages, I use Braze to achieve real time communication with my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Braze, I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization and creation of messages in a short time.
Braze for a startup
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has most abilities across all functions for email/sms/push and great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit too complicated - for a new or growing company, it's sometimes too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is our one-stop shop for all member communication across our app and web - we can use it for email, sms, and push all in one place.
Fast and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Good UI, fast responses, robust automation, great for integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe the learning curve is a little too hard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the company supply problem
Learning Braze has been a great experience for me and helped me improve my skills in marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way that the system is designed and how it allows you to customize your emails, in-app messages etc. The customer support is great and very responsive. At my company we use it almost on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not saving automatically when I close the tab that Braze is in by accident. No built in proofreading features in the email copy and subject line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with making segmentation and targeting the right people smoother and faster. It allows me to create customer journeys and newsletters faster and easier than when I was using a different program.
Braze is good and safe
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy and safe platform to use, I have been using this tool for 4 years and it is the best one I have found. It facilitates multichannel marketing and real time campaign management which saves me work time. It allows me to schedule alerts, it's intuitive. That's all I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that detests me from this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my work easier and saves me time, allows me to customize and has great technical support.
Braze is powerful tool, where it's possible to create/test many ways of sending communications
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Braze is its usability and user experience. It is an easy-to-use platform, and their customer support team is really proactive, available, and easy to work with. Besides that, there are many features that help us simplify the process of sending and analyzing app pushes and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze's reports are limited, and it's difficult to personalize/customize reports using just the platform. We're able to access all the data without line limits, but only by using the API.

Braze is helping us send communications focused on the acquisition and engagement of our users in an easy way.
Innovative platform to interact
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Braze has changed the way we communicate with customers completely. I enjoy how simple it is to customize messages, it gives me a great interaction and integrates easily.

There is nothing that I dislike about Braze, it is intuitive and easy to use.

It saves me time and work, it is a great tool for my work.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many amazing features and automations that make it so much easier to focus on stategy instead of creating every campaign for every user one by one.

the email editor is a little basic but it works really well.

automated messaging, making it a lot easier to build a personal realtionship with customers
A Powerful Tool to Take Marketing to the Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost Braze has an excellent Customer Success team who is always available for correspondence via email or Slack, and they will have monthly check-ins with you to ensure Braze is meeting your goals and expectations. You develop a true 1:1 relationship with your CSM and genuinely feel like you are important to Braze. For me, this is a big difference between Braze and other ESPs.
As for the tool itself, Braze is a tool we use every single day and is a core component of our business. It is easy to get engagement metrics at a glance or by individual campaign, and there are a lot of complex use cases within Braze that we have used to increase user engagement and conversion. These include liquid logic, which has allowed us to take personalization within our communications to new heights and the segment builder, which allows infinite filters so that we can target the right users at the right time.
Canvas Builder makes it easy to create multi-channel touchpoints to the same users, and meet the needs of your customers at every step of the user journey. We have revamped or launched almost 10 completely different canvases just within the last 12 months.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Braze Technical Support team is very busy, which is understandable, but I do feel like at times they deprioritize your ticket, even if you feel it is an urgent need for your business. It is important to stay on top of them and to continuously promote a sense of urgency or occasionally your tickets will be treated as less serious than other than have received.
The other area Braze is a little more difficult than other ESPs is with click-through link tracking of specific links. This is not an out-of-the box feature that most ESPs have, and to track clicks of a specific link you must add the link alias product (it is free) and change the way your links look and how the aliases are tracked alongside the UTM tracking. It is something that is overall pretty minor, but genuinely is annoying when you are looking to target users who clicked a specific CTA and not just anywhere in the message.
Braze is also constantly changing how the interface looks, and it gets confusing where to find things everytime they make the change. By the time you understand the menus, they have changed.

Braze is helping us learn the right channels at the right time. It has helped us to increase conversion and reduce churn.
Its better to have Braze more than u thought
