It’s very user-friendly for customers new to the platform

The AI tools are great but it’s hard to ‘trust’ they are accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps drive new users to our platform, which in turn drives ad revenue to the business.

What do you like best about the product?
fast paced with new features, especially AI, smart channel and timing mixes, very easy to use platform, user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
hard to get to the bottom of tech issues without involvement from our tech teams (understandably not always avoidable but often stuck in feedback loops for tickets)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
personalisation at scale for a large number of customers, ease of use and duplication

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive enough for new users to quickly understand and start using. Braze’s product roadmap feels robust, and new features are rolled out regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of flexibility can end up adding unnecessary complexity. Also, because the tools are updated so frequently, it’s hard to keep up with the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are conflicting priorities across regional marketing teams, with campaigns running at the same time for very different types of items.

I don't currently use Braze but I have in the past, it's been great at helping us manage contact properties and events
