Great product for saving dev time
What do you like best about the product?
The targeting. I don't have the time to build out the targeting system myself
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the APIs could push information instead of us having to poll it all the time

Braze helps us segment and target our audience without having to build the engine ourselves
Like a breath of fresh air
What do you like best about the product?
The campaign-building interface is far superior to those I've encountered in other software products. Its straightforward approach to segmentation and testing truly makes it a pleasure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am only about six months in to my use of Braze, but after this time, I truly haven't found anything yet that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze took the place of our previous email marketing software, and the onboarding process has been a breeze. Using it has truly been a pleasure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a seamless user experience using Braze. Braze allows all channels from email to SMS to connect well together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Braze overall, but I would love to see an even more robust Custom Event Reports, as well as if we can pause certain emails in canvases once launched (a really minor thing though!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to weave together more robust and personalized user experiences through its different channels, liquid logic, connected content and more.

The technology and attention to detail is industry-leading and the account managers are the best in the biz! S/O Dan Exter!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can’t build audiences within segment based on event property data. Segment extensions offers that but still limited.

I love how easy it is to build a canvas flow and how intuitive the UI is

Tons of trust & confidence in this versatile messaging tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is reliable. Whether I'm sending an email or an In-App Message, I have confidence that Braze will accurately personalize and render my message as I've designed it, each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze hasn't created an AI agent to do all my work for me yet. I do still need to think and be creative to come up with ideas for messaging, but I think that also means job security for me.

Braze allows me to centralize lifecycle comms into one platform for more efficient and seamless journey building.
Braze is a great messaging platform, allowing us to reach millions of people daily.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is always redefining best messaging practices to push the boundaries of CRM, allowing us to create massive campaigns and reach Guests with the comms they want to see most. They are quick to respond whenever we need to assistance and it is (for the most part) easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are opportunities for Braze to be more intuitive / user friendly. For example, we run into issues often when publishing content cards of our file size being too big. Braze does not have an error message telling us it's too big, and instead the content card just will not populate. Additionally, there are occasional bugs we run into that cause our comms to not deploy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed us to personalize comms that go out to millions of Guests and build strong journeys that reach Guests throughout the order process.
Braze makes connecting with users easy!
What do you like best about the product?
As a product marketing specialist, Braze allows me to connect with users of the Roadie app through a wide variety of channels. I can create seamless user journeys with tools like Canvas and gain better understanding of my users with in-depth analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to track conversions through change in custom attributes rather than only through custom events

Braze fully integrates all the tools I need as a marketer into one central platform!
First Time Braze User
What do you like best about the product?
I like the opportunities that Braze will open for my organization and our abilities to revolutionize how we engage with our customers. I like the idea that we can personalize texts and emails to make the engagement with customers more meaningful and helpful to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am brand new to Braze, so I am unsure yet on this question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Salesforce or, even worse, SocketLabs for our customer engagement. This limits us greatly in how much analysis we can do on our campaigns. The success of the campaigns in mainly conjecture. Braze is allowing us to get real data on the effectiveness of our campaigns. Additionally, we plan to use Braze to create more personalized content for our customers and tailor the emails and text messages to their online experience to help drive conversion.
