What do you like best about the product?
Detailed analytics and weekly summaries. And fantastic UI that's easy to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complex as times and requires talking to support to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from Hubspot to have more control of our email campaigns and better understand how they were performing. And having it all in one system that could scale with our team and needs.

Not all results are real to be able to apply it to a campaign in the case of the use I give it in Rappi.

Sometimes I have had problems uploading images for an email. Also, the login time without logging out is very short and I understand the security issue, but I think it is short.

Additionally, the capability to personalize allows targeted messaging based on the behavior and attributes.

Powerful omnichannel tool and only getting better!

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has multiple ways to integrate and to design campaigns giving all teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) a chance to do develop things that align with them.
The braze product continues to evolve and the roadmap has a lot of new functionality monthly and quarterly.
Depending on your internal structure the implementation will be relatively smooth across channels, the email deliverablity team from Braze is great at setting up Email channel.
Depending on the scope of your implementation, the product can be quite easy to use, we have found integrating new types of Push notifcation work flows have been great to set up.

They have fantastic product integrations with other tools , cloud platforms. There is a lot you can achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support process is not that simple, the response times are fantastic. However sometimes it is difficult to get assistance at the level you need quickly, although working through your CSM can aleviate this.
Braze support for engineering teams needs some improvements, it is great during onboarding and at lower levels of campaign difficulty. They do offer a Tech Lead you can pay anadditional cost for.

Testing campaigns and functionalty as a user can be difficult with more channels but once you get the hang of it and document it, it works fine but requires a couple steps.

Braze is still evolving in certain areas of ML, integretions like whatsapp and with Product feeds which means some competitors have stronger offerings, however they are moving quickly as the quarters go by so this should not be a negative but it is something to take note of depending on business objectives and speed to market.

Their In App channel needs enhacements for frequency controls and measuring attribution, there are work arounds however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing omnichannel experience for our customers. Certain integrations alleviate developer work required. Helping with speed to market for workflows.

As a relatively new user of Braze, I can say it was fairly simple to learn and to get started with, thanks in great part to their excellent and comprehensive learning center. They also offer decent customer support — my experience has been very positive as inquiries were responded to (and resolved) in a timely manner. I use Braze daily as part of my role and generally find it quite intuitive and convenient, allowing for ample customization options to make the product fit one's unique business needs and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who hadn't previously used any other similar products, I've found some rather strange UI/UX choices across the product, and I feel that there is plenty of room for improvement in terms of ease of use and scalability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to perform in-app marketing to targeted audiences. It benefits my organization in that the marketing tools Braze offers allow us to keep our users engaged with the product.
