What do you like best about the product?
liked how easy it was to onboard and learn how to use the tool, as it has a very use friendly interface.
I also appreciated the smart segmentation Braze has, including smart send out time. Really made a difference when testing different segmentations. Also, the fact that A/B testing is not limited to emails only.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it's quite challenging to integrate. Also, the fact that some features are not so trivial to add, and one needs to pay to take their course on the Braze Lab.

One of the premium marketing tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access, configuration flexibility and much more when it comes to developers. We frequently use it as it is one of the easiest implementations across different integrations that our organization offers. The customer support has been helpful in various occassions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turn around time and customer support response quality was not upto the mark. And the limits on APIs are not very clear

We use campaigns to serve our customers with various offers and Braze provides a single pane of view platform for all our marketing needs
Good Tool, Lots of Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of options that can support a variety of use cases. I like the support teams and support structure as well. If there is anything I need assistance with, the teams are able to help me find solutions. I also feel the documentation is really good. There are many integrations that can be done, and the tool is pretty easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface and UI could use an update. The drag and drop interface for building canvases feels very dated and is a bit clunky. Same for the email drag and drop editor.

Its an easy and programmatic way for us to maintain omnichannel connection with our users.

Braze integrates seemlessly with Segment, and serves as a great tool when you have a mobile app to complement a web SaaS solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
In-app messages are growing stale with limited options of placement that makes the experience less interactive, and more interuptive.

There are a lot of options to choose from and help to create effective marketing notifications.

Because of the number of options, it take a little bit to understand where to go and what to do for the desired results.

All-in-one tool to notify users across multiple platforms without have to create custom materials for each.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be used for simple use cases by marketers and can get very technical and customized if need be. Braze is always releasing new features and updates that are requested by their customers. They also have an amazing community that is supportive and collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be heavy on a browser but this is a problem witb software.

Reducing campaign build times significantly and enabling me to be a better consultant.
Delivers results. Simpler and less layered than other solutions - which can be good

Braze is maybe in a strange point - not a simple-cheap-light tool, but also not as big and wide as the market leaders.
