What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Braze is the user friendly platform, it's easy to read and follow. Wheter you are creating a canvas or a batch Campaign.
I also like that they provide all sorts of material and study programs to help better understand this software
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that sometimes it takes time to download, even though I have fiber internet. I also don't know that there's no historical review of what was changed in the campaign, you can only see this when it's been launched. And even, there you cannot see the whole steps taking to work on that campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the complicity of having to touch the liquid HTML code and it's allowing it to be faster and easier even though you are not a software engineer.

What do you like best about the product?
I would highly recommend Braze for it's ease of use (excellent training resouces are provided and the UI is simple to pick up), their excellent customer support, and the wide-range of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anytime we find an issue with Braze, customer support quickly identifies and fixes the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to target campaigns based on a huge amount of data

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and schedule messages, it's very clear when it shows how many users will be affected, easy to schedule A/B tests, easy to schedule recurring or non-recurring messages. Overall very intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very frustrating not being able to access the list of emails that actually received a campaign. I think there's still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to post-send features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to target my campaigns as accurately as possible, ensuring that those who need to receive the message actually do! This helps me streamline internal processes (like payment reversals, for example) among other factors.

The analytics features aren't the best; we have to do most of this in a 3rd-party platform.

The ability to track users journey through all the channels and the Canvas featurs really helps to build a custom user journey along with AI features to enhance the journey.

What I dislike about Braze is its learning curve, which can be steep for new users unfamiliar with its advanced features and capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-Channel Orchestration: The ability to integrate different channels (email, push, In-app, SMS, WhatsApp) in a single campaign enables seamless user messaging.

Real-time personalization: Dynamic and personalized messaging based on real-time user behavior, which helps in delivering relevant content to the right audience at the right time.

Complex Setup: The initial setup and configuration of Braze will little complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly. Other colleagues outside of CRM can also use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some smaller technical parts of Braze that need improvements. Moreover, their reporting is not as good as the rest of the CRM providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its user friendly. This allows more junior employees to be able to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly but still retains a large feature list and can be very impactful if you use all the functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little hight for the smaller businesses and the fact that each piece of data transfer is an additional credit used

Solid mobile CRM & Email platform, not many competitors on that professional level

What do you like best about the product?
Canvas feature is very strong for overlooking complex lifecycles or campaign chains but also to analyze AB tests easily, adjust them. Easy handling of all features, fast and professional customer support. As CRM manager with knowledge how Braze is working, many doors are open to work for other companies also using Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The killed the Bonfire slack community BUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! That was an amazing workspace to exchange knowledge how to use the platform more efficient and share cool use cases for liquid logic. Also the customer success team gets weaker and weaker knowledge wise since the team is growing rapidly. 2-3 years ago the success managers were really knowledged about the platform, features and proactively pushing customers getting best out of it. Since the good CSMs are now in leading position a lot of non professional, less motivated and overworked CSMs are in palce. Not worth the high price of that package. Last thing - no way to set up action triggered campaigns within a canvas flow. E.g. IAM have to be set up separately and connect with the canvas, would be nice to have action triggered campaigns in canvas as well- waiting for that since 2020 :D
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the problem that developers coding communication. With a proper platform CRM managers can independently work on communication, test them, adjust, setup, everything. Different channel options and some basic analytics. Interface is quite easy, the industry knows Braze, so in all companies all over the world in app industry, Braze knowledge is a CV-benefit
