Liquid code is very useful and I like to use it

Simple to Use with Helpful Online Training
What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple to use and understand. The online courses also help in order to make sure you have full training on what you need on a daily basis
What do you dislike about the product?
Times out a lot and have to close all tabs to be able to toggle back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ATM I use to to create marketing emails but now that I have more knowledge on Al I will be exploring my options when it comes to to lapsing campaigns
One stop shop ESP
What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the platform and how user friendly it is for someone who is unfamiliar with ESPs. It was very easy to implement with our current tech stack. It has a number of features which are growing exponentially with frequent updates that aren't gated by pay walls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of flexibility in some areas. Naming conventions that are different to other ESPs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop for all of our content (so we don't need a CMS) it is great at integrating with multiple platforms etc.

It's super easy to understand for anyone at any level. It empowers marketers to do great things with limited time and resource. It puts data at your fingertips

It's a little on the expensive side but overall it's fab.

It's helping us build and improve customer journeys. It lets us experiment at scale and quickly iterate and improve

Integrating our ticket platform into our crm platform so we have seemless list selection
Simplifies Campaigns with User-Friendly Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplistic nature of Braze and the way it looks. It's very user-friendly and has a cool vibe. We used to have a different supplier that was very basic, but Braze feels good and works well. We love it. The onboarding process was amazing and really well handled. Being part of it was cool, and Braze did everything they needed to during the transition. The stats are easy to access, and our customers appreciate the heat maps, which let them see what's working well in their campaigns. This helps us better advise them on what works well and what doesn't. Also, we use the templates in Braze, which allows us more creative flair and makes creating campaigns a lot easier compared to previously using Dreamweaver. Everything sitting in one place makes it much easier for us to target our audience more relevantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the ability to export the stats would be amazing, because right now, you have to go into each campaign and click into it to get the specific report stats. We found this quite difficult at first.

Braze centralizes our data, making it easier to target our audience accurately. It simplifies campaign creation with drag-and-drop templates, improving creative freedom. We can easily access campaign stats, enhancing our ability to advise clients.

Braze enables us to build multi-channel communication flows that keep our end users at the centre of the journey, helping us deliver a more cohesive experience across touchpoints.

Sometimes it can seem really complex - but then I go to the Braze learning or documentation...

Braze is our primary CRM system, and we use it to engage with our clients’ users. It provides a seamless experience and enables us to communicate across multiple channels.

Braze offers a variety of channels and communication options which allows us to engage with our customers at every stage of their journey. We can also personalise our content to give that real human interaction. And with the new AI features, it's becoming a really useful tool for saving time and increasing productivity

I find sometimes the reporting is difficult to get the information we need. This may be more of a need to upskill myself in accessing the data and using the query builder rather than a negative of the platform

We currently only scratch the surface with Braze's capabilities and mainly use it for our promotional marketing emails. It helps us reach our subscribed audience with promotional offers that help drive engagement

Braze is a good platform for sending communications, and the user profile data is intuitive to use, making customers feel real. It makes using and executing complex customer journeys easier for our team and speeds up execution timelines. I think the canvas step features are really useful, and the intelligent tools are very useful. We use context to personalize and transform data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the data visibility could be improved: things like being able to see all possible values for attributes within nested objects.
