A powerful ally in marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, logic design, and amazing support! and rep is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it cost a lot, which while I have nothing to do with would be the only thing I would tell others when looking at it. It makes a lot of marketing easier and setup is fast. It does have some control over your data which something each company has to decide what is best for them there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just starting to get going on Push and the ease of use is amazing. I set up our first test in like 10 minutes. It was great. We are working on getting SMS installed and email is incredibly intuitive. Emails have a lot of options and segmentation makes hitting users with specific emails a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Braze is robust reporting tools, seamless retargeting capabilities, and an intuitive drag-and-drop email editor. Its reporting tools offer detailed insights into campaign performance, while the retargeting functionality ensures sustained engagement. The user-friendly drag-and-drop editor simplifies email creation, enabling us to craft visually compelling campaigns efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Braze is the limitation in editing campaigns post-launch, especially concerning updating conversion events and action paths within the canvas. Additionally, Braze doesn't scan filters at each step of the canvas. These limitations can hinder the flexibility and real-time optimization potential within ongoing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze simplifies the creation of journeys and automated campaigns, streamlining the process for seamless execution. Its user-friendly interface facilitates quicker campaign set-up and management, reducing time spent on manual tasks. Additionally, the platform's enhanced reporting capabilities provide swift insights, enabling faster decision-making and more efficient optimization of marketing strategies.

The platform works well with very few bugs, it's easy to ab test our campaigns and therefore demonstrate impact

What do you like best about the product?
Braze offers a lot of flexibility and modularity with content blocks and canvas flows. There's so much that you can accomplish in the platform.

Rate limiting is not as feature-rich as I would prefer

Engaging users and tracking effectiveness of comms. It's benefitting us by empowering a wide variety of user comms and user data.

Campaigns managment is great. Also all the provided material and features such as templates and drag and drop builder.

New AI image generator needs work, results are bad.

Simple and effective user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The layout is my no1 for Braze. Everything is positioned in a way to increase efficinecy. When creating a canavas, options are easily labelled throughout, making the process a lot simpler. The support available is brilliant too. We have a regular meeting with Braze to ensure we are getting the most out of the products available. Great service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Braze for about half a year now, I struggle to come up with things I do not like, since I think the product is great. If I had to say something it would be regarding automations. I have experienced problems when engaging in automations. I find the process a little more confusing, but this could be due to lack of experience in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the problem of bridging the gap of communication between business and user. It enables us to quickly broadcast a message out to our users at our discretion. The benefits to us being we can utilise the tools to improve our daily app usage and conversion rates for information we are handing out to users. Braze also allows us to analyse the data behind each canvas we have launched, giving us key data to keep growing our business.

I like the User Experience as it is really simple to use. The Braze support team is really helpful and always comes up with a quick response.

There are many things that I still learn about Braze but as far as I know It is working perfect for me right now.

better data proof for business results (example purchase events or events) can get triggered with our without real email interaction

Clear best practices to follow, specially for clients that just want to keep sending to everyone instead of segmenting or in some cases even cleaning the list.

What do you like best about the product?
One of Braze's biggest selling points is the constant development of new features, aiming to unlock new solutions for complex use cases, and to boost personalisation and optimisation opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the regularity of new developments, you do need in-house developers who take on keeping the SDK up to date as a regular responsibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalisation across a vast range of brands and user personas, digesting significant amounts of data to create seemless user journeys without backend development.
I would recommend Braze to someone who is looking for Customer Engagement Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
For me as a person who works more on the setup side, it is easy to integrate Braze into our tech stack, as it offers a wide variety of ways of loading data, be it Snowflake Cloud Data Ingestion, API, or just manual CSV uploads. On top of that, documentation is well-developed and offers pre-made solutions for certain issues that just work. No need to spend time coming up with solutions, when Braze offers one already.
Once the data is loaded, it is very easy to see users and create segments, even if it is just for testing purposes, if the data is successfully loaded. Intuitive UI, especially the new one.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of logs for many processes would be my main issue. When updating data in Braze, it tells you that an error is there, but not information on the details of the error.
Additionally, with the updated UI, daily use-case issues are easier to find, but some niche things have become harder to find and sometimes cause me to switch back to the old UI to observe that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the problem or marketing channel automation, be it SMS, Push Notifications, or Emails. Just keep the data updated and the rest will work well.
It is as strong as your data is and with how easy it is to load new data into Braze, the possibilities are plentiful.
