Best tool for multi channel marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Multi channel marketing and customer communications made easy. Braze has been best buy for in-mail and push notifications for our customer engagement. Integration with third party apps has been helpful. As an developer implemenation was also smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is on the higher side. For smaller firms it can be and issue otherwise it's totally worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multi-channel marketing has been made easy with Braze with push notifications we can reach our customers with important updates with great ease.

Powerful Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Its powerful integrating and targeting possibilities as well as outstanding customer success relations/customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quite user-friendly for our internal users who are not in the marketing or development fields, but still need to use it to produce content (i.e. create email campaigns).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to create intricate marketing automation campaigns and to target users with a variety of custom events, attritubes and segments. As it's very customatizable, it is extremely helpful as we have quite a unique set of products.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Braze is a full of personalization and cutomization. Whatever I imagine and bring the next plan for CX, TAM team will support to make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is much easier when you have coding background. Since i don't have the dev experience, I always need to go back and forth for TAM's support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated personalization was the key role to solve our problem. We need to get SMS pushed from product registration Day1 throughout 2 years of post purchase experience. From customer experience POV, our goal is to improve customer retention and loyaty with reducing customer effort and not inundating the customers. Braze helped this a lot to get this resolved and we are keep making the progress.

What do you like best about the product?
AI assistant helps a lot. It's fast and flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical documentation can be more categorised and elaborated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is assisting in e-mail marketing and marketing automation. We used it to send personalized emails target to specific customer groups. The mails are automated so that least technical/engineering know-how is required to do so.The groups are segmented with the analytics reported by the tool itself. It helped us in cross channel integration. Overall, it improved customer enagagement and ultimately, ou r productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for personalization and segmentation which is the core of many -commerce and lifestyle business. Easy to use as a first time user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Liquid tags can be tricky. Needed constant help from product to integrate with other apps and platforms.

Identify likes and dislikes of online users which helps in improving retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides an easy way to create easy process for complex customer journey.
Provide huge number of features for customer retention and customer engagement as per the customers interests.
Customer support of Braze is also very good, solves our issue quickly.
Provide number of options for integrating with different CRM's.
Provide advanced feature for A/B testing also.
Overall good tool.

I am a professional digital marketor and I use Braze for better marketing of our products and services. Also used it for corporate clients need. So, I don't have anything to dislike this marketing tool.

Braze is very advanced marketing automation tool. Braze helps me in A/B testing.
Braze is helping me to circulate advertisment to find potential leds from the marketor.
We have used it for our clients also.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I love about Braze is its multi-channel marketing which allows us to engage with our customers in various channels like e-mails, in-app messages, and push notifications. It has the ability to integrate with third-party tools such as salesforce, and visualization tools makes it more usable. The data analytics and reporting dashboard is well tailored to our requirements to reach every customer and learn about our campaigns.

Apart from the functionality, the product is easy to use as it is user-friendly. Customer support is very responsive and clarified our concerns at the quickest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the software is a bit on the higher side. Start-ups like our company find it difficult to adopt this. The product is bit complex to implement and set-up at the beginning. Other than that the product is top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solved many problems for our business by providing the one-stop solution for multi-channel marketing. Automating our marketing campaigns by creating workflows. Most importantly the segmentation of the users is bases on their behaviour, and demographics, this could be a major pain point if we had to do it manually. By getting clear segmentation, we could target each segment with specific ads and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers can improve their investment data and better manage the experiences they have with the products within help of the platform, which is focused on customer interaction. Furthermore, it contains an excellent orchestation of data to achieve a much more lucrative business objective, keeping track of advanced technologial support, templates, and content blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
in the short that I have been using Baze as a marketing campaing management tool, we have had only one complication, which is that the reports that are generated within this tool are bit deficient, but thanks to our team, we can attacks this problem quickly, but it takes us a little more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze, we have been able to expand our connection with our consumer community, as it allows us to improve our marketing campains and shape the product in a personalized way for the potential customers we have. With this tool, we have successfully reduced a significant number of file directories that were not capturing customers, focusing more on sectors with a higher demand. This is attributed to the exeptional feedback provided by our customers to enhance our products.
