What do you like best about the product?
I love using Braze and have found it helpful working with Andrew on different ways to utilize the app. After attending Forge, I see different opportunities where we can implement features we may not have known about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customer support is not helpful, I dont find my problems are being solved accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been an excellent tool for our development and marketing teams - the canvas feature is super helpful for mapping out our user journeys and different variants for differrent audiences. We use it literally every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
No autosave on campaigns! Aside from that, everything about Braze is super smooth and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze takes out a lot of the manual work we had to do with push notifications and email messaging.

Flexibility and technology to run my campaigns.

The search functionality for campaigns and segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of not sending every customer the same message. Also, being able to test messages to see which ones have been the most effective instead of guessing.
We have been with Braze for a while now - An effective engagement platform with some drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
Great segmentation and targeting, popular enought to integrate with most major platforms, constatnly improving and adding features, strong automated (canvas) campaigns, relatively quick ticket support that is able to answer most technical questions, strong technical documentation, strong app-related messaging/engagement tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficut identity resolution, integration requires technical resources (more advanced integration), SMS sending is good but fairly basic SMS tools and integrations, added costs for most features (negotiate at the start for all the features you need)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single platform for customer engagement that provides both single send (campaign) and automated send (canvas). Strong API means it can be customized and integrated into many systems.

Personalization. Liquid logic and content blocks are a game changer.

Demands of SDK integration. Only one chance to get it right as tech lift cannot be repeated frequently.

I like how content cards make our in-app communications look like part of our mobile app features.

I wish it would be possible to generate a shareable URL for Braze emails like in MailChimp.

Reaching the right segment at the right time through the ideal channels is opening doors for more customer engagement.
A great ESP with some quirks.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is the most fully functioned ESP I've used in my career. Segmentation, canvas building, and audience targeting are always excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy the sheer amount of bugs we experience with Braze that require Braze support to address.

Braze is allowing us to hypersegment automated audiences with personalized messaging.
Seamless, easy to use platform for improved communication
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a smart, verstatile, easy to use platform that gives you insight, automation to engage the customer in meaningful ways. And with it actively developed it looks like it will get better and better as time goes on.
What do you dislike about the product?
May have some challenges with integrations and/or implementations but nothing major that can't be overcome, documenation is good overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to communicate better across marketing channels, more efficently, better marketing automation, saves us a lot of time. Giving us better insight overall on our marketing campaigns as time goes on.
