Connecting the customer thru various touchpoints
What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes it easly to create customer journies leveraging various comms channels along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing a great majority of segmentation outside of Braze can prove to be a bit cumbersome but its ultimately up to the size of your business and where all your data is stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is our primary ESP therefore it helps create a seemless communication journey for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze's combination of UI user friendliness and vast amount of vendor and partners makes life significantly easier for my day to day use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The are times when changes are not annonuced that causes challenges at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing automation. This sames my team hours of dev work that is now used on continuing to grow our product.
Great marketing tool and rep support
What do you like best about the product?
Rep Support (Lillian + Matt) are great resources when figuring out a new process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional bugs in canvas, however braze does a great job of letting us know of updates

segmentation + personalization
Very Informative. Learning lots of new information on how to utilize Braze.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how easy it is to teach others on my team on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any complaints, there are a few hicups here and there but tipically we can resolve with support.

Allows us to communicate with customers / players.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze enabled real-time send capability for our company and it has been a game changer. The interface is intuitive and we have so much more ability to personalize and connect right into our data, than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, Braze has been simple to adopt so nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us understand and personalize content for smaller customer segments to get closer to 1:1 marketing.
Braze is the industry-leading Customer Engagement Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is the one-stop shop martech tool. Email, Push, IAM, Content Cards, SMS, Webhook, Whatsapp, and possibly more channels are added in the future. Also, Braze has the most technically advanced features in the platform, so it allows Marketers to really practice or develop their technical skillset.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Canvas Journey builder could be a bit smoother, with additional features like copy and paste, notes, comments, etc. However, this is just a "nice to have", not a mission critical feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows Marketers of all industries, background, and experience to bring their Marketing strategies to life. Think of a use case, Braze can make it happen. Cross-channel strategy, Personalization, retargetting, you name it. Braze can do it.
Amazing product under proper circumstances
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to create customer journeys and segmentation that properly targets customers at the right time based on custom attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proper engineering integration is hard and can cause severe delays in setting up custom attributes and events.

Being able to centralize all of our communications in one product

Seems to have a huge amount of opportunity and capability to optimise marketing campaigns, whilst being user friendly and easy to navigate.

limits on data amount, would be better to have a larger amount available
