What do you like best about the product?
I love that Braze can be used by anyone, regardless of whether they have CRM platform experience. It's super easy to use andthe interface is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many things, but some simple things like showing a list of segments in alphabetical order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to communicate to customers via more than just email

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to work with Braze support, they are always on hand to help whenever we face any issues. Secondly i like how Braze is constantly evolving as a tool, since we've started using to Braze to today the number of features and changes to do tool is endless
What do you dislike about the product?
i think integration challenges, we've really struggles to fit some of our ways of working into Braze during the onboarding face. Also the possibility of not having quiet days e.g. when you don't want messages to be sent on weekends is extremely unhelpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze empowers us to engage our customers with timely and relevant messages. Its extensive integrations enhance our messaging speed, allowing us to instantly respond when an action is taken and deliver the appropriate message to the customer in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a very user-friendly platform. Everything is easily accessible, from campaigns to canvasses to in-app communications. I use Braze daily and rarely experience any issues with the platform! The analytics are useful for providing quick insights into how certain campaigns are doing.

Additionally, I like how easy the personalisation liquid can be, and it makes a real difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel as though the documentation can be confusing. It can take a while to get an issue sorted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping personalise emails and push notifications to each individual

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use, has great documentation to help you learn the ropes, and gives you the chance to become certified in using the platform. They also run excellent events for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of reporting, you really need to hook it up with 3rd parties rather than being able to do everything in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to learn more about our customers, how they engage, and how they respond to different types of messaging - both content and channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the rate at which new useful features are added - combined with the support received
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take a big of time to adjust to the data model you need to use - but the onboarding team makes this as straightforward as possible

Braze is allowing us to create complex automation, utilising large amounts of data to personalise the experinece at scale

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Braze platformincredibly easy to learn and use. It also is powerful in all its capabilities - there's a solution for almost every use case I have.

Additionally, Braze's customer success team is truly unparalleled. They feel like an extension of our team and have a timely and helpful answer to anything we need assistance with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about using Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating cross-channel journeys. My company used to manually send many communications out of multiple platforms - Braze is allowing us to now house all our communication types in one place, and make them more cohesive to the customer. This improves customer satisfaction and employee lift.

What do you like best about the product?
It seamlessly integrates with other software and tools I use daily, making my work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a lot of basic email-related analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email deliverability is crucial for me and I can rely on Braze to ensure that my emails actually reach subscribers' inboxes and don't end up in spam folders.

Easy to use, customer focused communication tool

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy to use email software. Even if you're new to campaigns or email automation it is really straight forward and they have lots of resources available to help you learn and continue to upskill. I use Braze in the day to day functionality of my job in Digital Marketing and I'm looking forward to expanding my skillset to help serve my organisations customers with more personalised and relevant marketing material in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few issues of completing work within emails, saving and then going back in to see it doesn't exist - especially for Link Management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to elevate our brand by serving our customers with the highest quality of email design and functionality we've ever had across desktop and mobile. We are looking forward to rolling out push notifications in the near future too.

Unbeatable Platform for App-First Lifecycle Programs

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Braze in a few roles and am a big fan of the platform. It integrates directly with many of the tools we use throughout our stack and if a direct integration isn't available it's typically very easy to integrate via an API, webhook, or Segment.

I really appreciate the app-first approach Braze allows us to take in our lifecycle efforts while still spreading messaging across all channels. The segmentation capabilities are unmatched and the ability to really "choose our own adventure" to fit the platform to our program's needs rather than the other way around is why I'll always push to use Braze over anything else on the market currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for segment extensions can be frustrating sometimes, especially when we only have a set number of extensions included in our plan.

Customer support has gotten worse over the years, likely as an effort to encourage purchasing a higher tier of support, but that isn't a major blocker most of the time given groups like Email Geeks to help troubleshoot issues while waiting to hear back from the CS team at Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to send marketing and transactional messaging across all channels to our users more effectively than when messaging was broken out acorss multiple platforms.
