What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the servers are very low that makes the work to unsaved
Non technical persons cannot use it without proper training
Implementation is not smooth
Hitting limits for database is not something a user like

Braze is solving the problme of connecting with customers across multi channel through customer perosonalized journey set ups , email and messages designed as per customers likings

User-friendly / full functionality
What do you like best about the product?
My company and I use Braze for push notifications on all our apps. It is user-friendly, with every functionality available in the right places. It is the only destination for our in-app/push notification practices. With a company that is all about security, Braze offers advanced security for the data, with easy implementation and integration on all our apps. It also offers multi-channel campaigns with many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting aspect could be improved, filtering, etc. as well as the documentation for advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the ability to automate, send, or schedule in-app/push notifications/content cards for mobile and desktop apps. It is benefiting my team by allowing us to act on triggers, with full personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been Braze users for 3 years now, by far, braze gave one of the best user experience that will help you do multitasks through all channels. The campaign set up was easy to understand with all those delivery setting, targeting, and A/B testing that will help you manage the expected goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limit to user data that we can export in csv format

Braze saved my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, seamless marketing tools for your daily tasks. If you are newbie to Braze, it's easy for you to understand the feature inside. Also the community helps you a lot. Could open multiple tasks at the same time also
What do you dislike about the product?
When you open too much tab, it will get slower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps my daily task, easy to duplicate campaign, easy to edit also. a lot of stuffs, custom report, easy on importing customer lists
A great CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze everyday for my work and I can honestly say it's the best CRM/Marketing Automation tool I've ever used. I love how Braze makes personalization very easy, it enables so much detail in segmentation. Feels like every scenario campaign is thought about while building the product. Integration can be quite simple if you want it to be. You have a great support team who's there to answer all your questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small features that exist on other tools like Iterable don't exist in Braze which can be frustrating at times. The documentation can be hard to navigate, is not fully comprehensive of all features, screenshots are from old UXs which can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage our entire CRM (email communications) from Braze. We migrated from Mailchimp very recently and even in a few weeks we can see how easy it is to use compared to Mailchimp.

Braze has an excellent support team. The product is versatile, segmentation is easy.

The analysysis could be more visual with charts and short insights.

Braze helps us automate various lifecycle flows in all stages of user jourrney. It also helps in condusting user surveys, one-off campaigns.
Braze is a super complete automation software
What do you like best about the product?
Features that help the marketing (strategy, copy, and design) to create easily the campaigns, as well as the analytics for every and each campaign just by using the A/B.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is so complete that it can become complex for daily use. You need time to learn and onboard on the tool to start ramping up with the automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping us to increase the signup conversion (users that drop off on the acquisition flow), product adoption, and activation. So far, it helped to increase the signup conversion rate, contributing to a higher volume of acquisition.

some aspects might be a bit harder to understand.

this is the only tool we use for mobile push accross the whole business and all the countries. it allow us to deploy omnichannel campaigns
Easy to learn, but data gathering could be more user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Simple e-blasts are easy to set up and update. Drag and drop system works well with graphics and videos. Multiple templates readily available, but you also have the option to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using segments can be complicated when multiple updates are required.
Finding data can be difficult, but this might be a specific problem for my team.
Having to save through multiple screens is a good idea...but maybe having a notification when you try to exit before saving could be useful, instead of just losing all your work because of the missed save button.

Creating our e-blasts and scheduling its delivery. Helps us plan ahead of time and more efficiently.

I like the speed of processing large data quantities (1million+)

Not sure why you have to calculate exact statistics every time you process data - it just adds another unnecessary step to the process.
There should be a function for quick data queries without needing to create a segment group every time.

The canvasses are laid out effectively and the interface for building canvasses is good to work with. The campaign set up process is easy to follow and good to work with too. It is helping us have a better overview on the performance of our customer flows.
