Braze is a great platform - easy to use enabling the use of different features across our business!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an extremely user friendly platform, from in-app messages, to campaigns and canvas', everything is right at your fingertips with ease. It is utilised by many teams across the business and enables us to segment our audiences and target users through specific points of their customer journey whether thats B2C or B2B. The analytics is good for quick insights into how different campaigns are performing without having to delve to deep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes features that you haven't used before can be challenging to get the hand of, especially the use of liquid within campaigns, without having atteneded the training programmes held by Braze, it isn't easy to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing us to automate our communications with our customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle with ease and it allows us to keep to test and trial new avenues we haven't explored yet to reach customers in different areas with personalised content

Being functionally robust while remaining easy to use and intuitive

Braze is helping my organization create complex and personalized campaigns and helps us test various hypothesis we have about our customers

sending a lot of campaigns using canvas for them, copy paste campaigns and template. I can be more productive
Enabling Us to Do Everything We Need
What do you like best about the product?
I am a longtime Braze user, and whether it is at my current company, or my past companies, Braze is always my platform of choice when considering platforms to send emails and additional messaging to our users. I love how multichannel compoments are all brought together with Canvas Flow, and how simple it is to send a single-channel message in the Braze Campaigns tab. Although I know much more about Braze than when I started using it 5 years ago, I also can confidently say it is a user-friendly platform that you can onboard into on the easier side (if you take advantage of Braze's LAB - Learning at Braze - trainings).
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've enjoyed everything about working with Braze. It's a platform that I highly recommned to all of my colleagues in the CRM space who are thinking about transitioning toa different platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze consistently rolls out new features that meet the ever-growing and changing needs of my team and our customers. For instance, a recent way Braze is solving problems is that they are continuing to iterate towards more AI integrations, which allow our team to test things like testing AI-generated copy and A/B testing this against copy created in-house.
Outstanding Onboarding and Support
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process of this platform deserves a standing ovation. It was a breeze to get started, thanks to the step-by-step guides and interactive tutorials. The clear and concise instructions helped me set up my first campaign easily. I also got an additional validation from the Success Team to make sure everything is set up correctly. The platform's thoughtful approach to onboarding made the learning curve virtually non-existent. A key differentiator of this platform is its comprehensive collection of learning resources and trainings. Whether it's video tutorials, written guides, or webinars, there's a wealth of information at your fingertips. These resources not only helped me master the basics but also discover advanced strategies for effective push notification campaigns. It's an ongoing learning experience that empowers users to continually improve their messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much coming to my head about the plaform itself although I didn't like the initial part of Sales process where Data Points weren't explained in clear way and calculated based on the proposed campaigns. It was fixed only by the dedicated Account Executive after signing the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the multifaceted challenges of push notification marketing. It helps me to reach diverse user segments, boost engagement, streamline onboarding, facilitate ad hoc messaging, and also prevent churn. Braze's sophisticated targeting and segmentation capabilities have allowed me to tailor messages to specific user groups, ensuring that each user receives relevant and engaging content. This approach has boosted our reach and ensured that no user is left out of our communication efforts. Its robust features, such as personalized messaging and A/B testing, have enabled me to craft messages that resonate with users. It has allowed me to keep our audience informed and engaged with timely updates, promotions, and announcements.

There are so many features that it can be a bit overwhelming at first

It's a great martech tool for communicating with users if you have a brand App.

The fact that you need to know a substantial amount of HTML and SQL. It's not your usual drag n drop campaign management tool.

Mobile Marketing is works well with Braze.
I'm using Braze for over 2 years and it's a really powerfull and user friendly app.

Thier automation ability and level of complexity allows us to deliver personelized and multi channel comms in a fast way.

Great features, but there could be better support and help with implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Having a weekly touchbase call with our customer success manager and the features within Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a rush to get onboarded and we were not onboarded during that 3 month or so period. If you have a question, you just get sent confusing documentation. It is also really hard to get help from technical support. I think customer success managers should be able to answer questions about the features and platforms that are supporting brands. I wish Braze was more open to have a technical support rep for each account or more willing to set up calls with a brand and Braze technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really know if Braze is solving anything for us. We had push notifications and were using another vendor previously, but we just wanted to consolidate vendors as an enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong personalization & dynamic content, flexible segmentation & audience targeting, strong deliverability & reliability at scale, and analytics, testing & optimization tools are all strengths that I think Braze has.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be improved a little when issues arise - It can be hard to get support sometimes with Braze Issues. Other than that, I love the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze does really well with fulfilling our needs more that other platforms I've used before. Most email platforms do not fulfill all of our needs, they do not integrate the way that we need them to as Angel has specific needs relating to our streaming platform specifically.
