My life is Braze
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of untilizing multiple channels, partner integrations, connected content and much more! Braze offers very advanced ways engaging with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
There is specific product features that would be very helpful to be developed that currently have to be patched my interally created webhooks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves main problem of communicating effectively to the right customers at the right time

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very organized and the platform makes it easy to do my daily tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle a bit with load times. This has been raised to the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps a lot with segmentation and building out our canvases
I work a lot with campaign but with the current practice, it's just not good enough.
What do you like best about the product?
The splash screen works the best but the space for us to play around the customers make it limited. and the canva flow work the best however i want more room to play around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is not working as well as the in-house dashboard. and also the segment is not automatically enough and do not have any recommendation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The canvas onboarding is working well and also the flow is working as fine however, it has some delay between here and braze.
Powerful platform, a lot of capabilities, takes time to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Customization, flexibility, in-depth data analysis. Extensive capabilities to allow me to build complex user engagement and communications flows. Excellent tech support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex to set-up and use. It takes time to learn it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send much more personalized, effective, targeted emails. We can be responsive to what users do in our app and give them a better user experience.
Easy-to-use CRM tool with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very easy to use for marketeers and has a lot of opportunity to employ testing across various campaigns and channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some out-of-the-box functionality is not as flexible as some marketeers will want. E.g. Timeframe parameters for building queries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although early days for us using Braze, it is allowing us to build our campaigns into more of a 'journey' for customers and employ multi-channel testing.
Flexible tool that can work for different types of businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Braze is that you have a lot of flexibility to work with the tool, from a different number of channels, both in-app and outside of it, until the ability of coming up with custom templates using HTML on e-mails, pop ups etc. It's something that makes it easier to fit in different business models, as well as different marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is an expensive tool, so it's not for every company-size. The tool has improved a lot over the past years, making it easier for people that don't know how to code and for commerce strategies since it doesn't support XML product catalogues. Even so, it's not a tool for beginners and some things could be made easier to use in order to facilitate the usability for new users.

Braze is helping us connect with our audience in different formats, making the communication between our company and the end user more personalized, effecient and optimized.
Great for lifecycle automations & finance businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use & UI for creating automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Resources are not detailed enough or account for specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for non-retail businesses. There's not many CRM platforms in the market that fit this criteria.
Quality tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's a pretty good tool, useful for pushing out marketing comms and variety of features. Love the templates that I get to use as well! Very big fan overall. Interested to see how it can be maximized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is not very intuitive and is pretty complicated. There's a steep learning curve and you need to check a bunch of precise settings to make sure that everything goes out correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping solve the problem of reaching mobile users. It is beneficial in that it helps send out scheduled targeted notifcations to users of the product. Overall great!
A solid CRM for mobile app / web
What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiness of use and working with segmentation. Other tools I've used were offering similar functionalities, but usualy had worse in UI. Liquid lang is also a good feature that allows you to work much smarter - especially if you let ChatGPT write the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if there was more features that support gathering feedback - in-app surveys are rudimentary. Allowing integrating more tools (like Typeform) would definitely help.

We use it to send pushes, emails and in-app messages on a scale.

So far Braze is not actively solving a problem, but it does help us to send out EDMs easily. The add/drop feature when creating campaigns is especially useful as well as it is easy to use
