What do you like best about the product?
Braze offers a lot of personalization and is great if your business doesn't use something like Shopify.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to transition over to Braze from other platforms fully. For our business, it is a lengthy process and cannot be done without the help of developers. There's also lot of limitations around reporting and how the campaigns are built; it's not quite as in-depth or user-friendly as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us communicate with our customers in a highly segmented way.
Easy to Market with a long learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
RCS and WhatsApp channels are helpful. Becoming a holistic platform for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, the learning curve. The tool is becoming complex. Better UI and tutorials can helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a holistic product for email marketing and in-app messages. It is comfortable to have a single product that does both activities.
Great tool for reaching the right segments
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the segmentation functionality provided by Braze, we have been able to accurately target the specific customers that are of interest to us. This precision has been further enhanced through dynamic segmentations executed via their API.
What do you dislike about the product?
For newcomers to marketing automation, mastering the basics of Braze might pose a significant challenge at first due to its steep learning curve. Additionally, the pricing model might be somewhat daunting and could dissuade small businesses or budget-constrained startups from fully adopting the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to target exactly the customers that we want to reach and personalizing the email communication using the data that we're sending through their API.
Best tool for Crm activities
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to create whatever you want to optimise your crm campagins and to make the user journey works in the best way

The report part is not so clear and not too easy to manage and to personalise

The main issue it is solving is the possibility to personalise the message sent based on the action of the user in the website/app
A Promising Platform with Room for Improvement

We were able to shoot for many different platforms in one place and that's great.
The interface has improved with the last update and it is also a positive point that deserves to be highlighted.

What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is extremely slow, either to load the bases or to load the interfaces, which is understandable given the amount of data we already have inside it, but it's frustrating all the waiting time.
And despite the latest update that improves the situation, the platform is still very confusing, unintuitive and even evasive, showing notifications about what everyone is doing to everyone else.

It helps us with all the triggers of the research we carry out, fulfills its role, and requires patience. We often need to adapt to our reality, but it works ok.
Nice tool but with limitations on more difficult usecases
What do you like best about the product?
It's design and navigation made it quite an easy tool to use for simple campaign building or simple journeys to build in Canvas. The support given by our account manager Cisco is very good as well as the deliverability expert, Adrian
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical limitations with Canvas, some simple things are made highly complicated and relies very much on coding. Drag and Drop could be a bit more flexible, specially in content block part where it is very limited.

Recent enhancements are in the right direction
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use for any marketer at any technical skill level. It has many out-of-the-box features related to mobile app integration. A few recent enhancements make Braze even better: Canvas version history, new navigation and query builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having the dashboard for each canvas and campaign is helpful, but it would be nice if a user could view statistics based on individual runs in a canvas (rather than just cumulative.) It would also be nice if there were a way to insert global elements into email templates that could be updated at once (i.e. ability to have a global footer that, if edited in the library, would be updated in every template it was used in simultaneously.)

Allowing us to execute multiple versions of campaigns in a single canvas.

- Poor dark more support.
- No a lot of tools to research SMS rejections issues or emails delivery issues on my own.
- Pricing is a higher than other CRMs in the market.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns are easy to scale, robust segmentations capabilities, easy to personalized messaging, reporting, easy to sync with Snowflake.

I like the design. Braze is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are limits when looking at when a member receives an email if it's been past 30 days. Also how I can't search for certain emails sent out.

Email deliverability is a big thing for my company.
