Braze
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is good and they give support to the consumers and maintain the gap for the brands. It is more good in the consumer data analysis and give support too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing dislike as of now . Going pretty good with the things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows the interaction between daily to daily support of the colleagues. They also give support to the others lacking the interaction between the brands and the consumers.
A powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has simplified the workflow logically and creatively. We will have complete control over analytics, and the insightful dashboard is the cherry on top, which gives a quick view.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would like to see in the future is the capability to use pop-up more creatively, that is to say buttons seems pretty static and fixed, I'd like to see floating buttons and simply draw-buttons of our own design to create interesting buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has helped a lot on the creation of creative pop-ups and notifications, which will also give us the conversation report, and logic to target and retain users without much hustle of checking it from backend.
Incredible CRM Platform that is simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas - this is better than any other comms platform i've used in the past, super easy to create with little to no jargon.
What do you dislike about the product?
No autosave feature - sometimes i close my comp before saving so have to start again, small issue but an auto save feature would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently our previous crm platform did not allow us to send push and mobile campaigns so this allows us to engage with our audience in a way that we haven't been able to before

Braze has everything you need to make the campaign you've planned.

Integrations via webhooks are a bit of a challenge, you'll need yes or yes a technical team to help you setup and take full advantage of this feature, but not much other things to dislik

We're increasing our active users monthly and slowly automating lifecycle flows so users can have a better journey into our app. Braze helps us engage our users

Activation of newly-registered users, free-to-paid upselling, marekting and community newsletters etc.
Irreplaceable MMP that allows our team to provide personalized user experiences w/o devs
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Braze for 2+ years and it's unlocked so much for us in terms of being able to provide personalized in app experiences for our users without relying on devs.

- Constantly improving the platform with new features (they launched AI features like Copy Assistant, image generation, etc. before ChatGPT became the next hot tech)
- They listen to product feedback - we had a use case that required being able to have an array of user attributes and while it took some time, they added the feature into the platform
- Easy to use interface - our marketing team leverages it all the time
- Documentation is always super detailed and helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a ton of downsides I can think of. We definitely have some unique use cases in our business that we've had to build workarounds for, but Braze has been great at constantly updating their platform to include new features.

What do you like best about the product?
The support we receive from the Braze team is phenomenal. They are engaged and always looking for the best solutions to make our lives easier as marketers involved in a diverse tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. If Braze/ all our vendors had better documentation on how they integrate with each other that would be wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make our entire CRM process more seamless and innovative with their easy to navigate dashboaerd and tech solutions.

They've built a community full of creative and technical minds connected through a passion for marketing technology. I've connected with several marketing minds that have inspired me to pursue AI prompt engineering and human-centric design.

Still a new platform that requires a bit more support, especially for legacy users of previous marketing technologies.

Figuring out how to intuitively post multi-platform campaign content in a timely manner, with the ability to easily communicate analytics to our team.

tool is intuitive to use. for a team of 10, not everyone has the time to do onboarding, but most people figured it out on their own

Sometimes it bugs out and you have to open the campaigns manually because it doesn't correctly show the number of recipients. This happens more often when users are loaded manually.
