An easy-to-use platform with great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes it easy for our team to create seamless user experiences across multiple channels in one easy-to-use interface. The platform is intuitive, and the ability to target users on a granular level has allowed us to create personalized experiences, increase engagement, better predict revenue, and reduce churn overall. Braze also offers fantastic customer support - whether it's working through a complex use-case, getting set up on a new channel, or a technical problem, the Braze team is always quick to respond and make time to provide support and it's very much appreciated (special shoutout to Melissa!). Braze has significantly helped us scale our marketing efforts, and I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze offers a ton of functionality in terms of liquid language and personalization, but with limited HTML code knowledge, it can sometimes be hard to implement some of the use cases and functionalities we'd like to leverage (also learning on our part that needs to be done!). Small tweaks throughout the platform would improve our team's efficiency and workflows, like the ability to edit multiple emails simultaneously rather than toggling back and forth but overall very happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze, we can reach our audience where they are most likely to engage and easily implement an omni-channel marketing strategy from one centralized solution. With its ability to process consumer data in real-time, we can deliver personalized messages when they matter most, resulting in high-value actions for our business.
Great CRM platform, especially for app-centric campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been improving the tool and introducing new features at a fast pace. Some of the features being released (or on the roadmap) are innovative. The platform is quite intuitive to use and is great for app related channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the minor details have been overlooked and not fully developed. Some examples are email campaigns, control groups, limitation of the churn prediction and intelligent suite, and uplift measurement flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has been great in centralizing and improving communication with customers, enable powerful orchestration and automation of campaigns, and quick deployment of campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of having customized attributes and events and to be able to hack some steps for the business purpose and goals
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit chaotic as UX: too many areas that are not of clear use or intent, data being not always super precise (tracking) and in general the UX of creating canvas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending communications by a big business, being able to create all the structure without too much technical or coding need.
Good frontend - UX could do with a bit of a cleanup though

Poor support for 3rd party integrations - esp with GTM and DNS setup

Amazing experience with braze
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, also it give you a lot of integration possibilities, with the own apis or with third parties, it also alllow you to target users very welll and send campaigns through different channels

Sometimes the features are expensive but it worth it to pay it as it's a very complete tool for marketers. Anything else to say in this point, hope i'ts useful

What do you dislike about the product?
- Revenue still duplicates when we send the campaign on the same day for many channels. If the system can track revenue from last touch click will be better
- Few templates to use for the setup of the campaign. May be can add more likes catalog template
- Some parts of the panel are still not friendly to use and need to be custom by coding

Trigger or segmentation by events can improve performance quite well

What do you like best about the product?
I like that our Braze CSMs always have new feature updates that apply specifically to what we need for our company goals. They are also always available to help with urgent matter that come up on our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of time it takes to speak with technical engineering representatives on issues that arise.

Braze helps us send out all our communications to our 2 million active members!
Insanely intuitive across the board!
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a great addition to any company that would like to have a portal that lets them not only keep an eye on events and engagement with the users but also be able to trigger emails, notifications, sms, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I found I disliked about Braze so far! The onboarding process is seamless and the integration is thoroughly explained and straightforward, with a step-by-step guide so that you can't mess up!

Braze helped us bring a dynamic way to engage with users and send them personalized communications via email, sms and push notifications through campaigns that can be set by a variety of team members.
Solid Marketing Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up campaigns and executing is pretty simple, developing automated journeys with Braze's unique features. Editing and creating emails is also pretty simple with either HTML or drag and drop options
What do you dislike about the product?
The data analytics abilities with Braze are pretty weak. I usually have to just download the raw data into a spreadsheet and perform my own data manipulation and calculations to analyze my campaigns. Also customer support from Braze is pretty weak as it takes a while to get meaningful feedback. They could be more proactive from the customer success end too.

Braze is trying to make it easier for marketers to engage, reach, and communicate with their users. Braze gives me a tool to do so, being able to communicate to millions of unique customers.
