What do you like best about the product?
Very satisfactory project planning tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task hours are not much of a use for developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write my tasks on jira for the project that I work on.

What do you like best about the product?
The enhanced tracking feature , easy to explore past activities and specially task distribution with notification and reminders
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but sometimes it lags and onething that could improve is when we create an specific work project then while moving from one assignee to another first need to diselect first one then only allowed to view next one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically Project work management . From distribution of task to track the ongoing and completed task. The best thing is time estimation . We can assign appropriate timeline to someone through jira for a specific task
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Without any hesitation , I can ask anyone to go with Jira as Service management or incident management.

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly I like the UI, which is very simple to use and navigate. Drag and drop is very useful in terms of moving tickets. Then I really love the charts to estimate the things well in before
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel the options are not easy to find. Especially in the settings section. Simplifying that makes much more flexible and usable and it's the best ticket management system application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and assigning tasks to teammates and can be well tracked for the amount of the work. Can also easily estimate the work can be done in a period of time with the amount of man work.

We use Jira Service Management, to easily receive, track, manage, and resolve requests from our team's customers
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA does not have the ability for end users to report support tickets

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, amazing UI. The UX is user friendly. Out of the box Service Desk is very user friendly and the inbuilt workflows and the widgets are intuitive and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual elements of the reports should have been better. And the reports like SLA reports etc should have more customizable options. AI assisted analytics would be a good addition to the atlassian JSM suite
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal SD, SD for clients, Service management and portal for customer care agents and external clients. Product support and collection of pool of ideas for enhancements

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has two versions that are free and professional. We are using a professional version, and it works in great shape. It has many integration support. Also, it works cross-platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is really high, and you can not license exact numbers. They have some interesting number limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira as a task management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a stable and working great task management platform, you can use it surely.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about JIRA is good, its very reliable to use and serve its purpose extremely. Switching and Navigating to different part of the tool is very clear and easy.
JIRA has tons of feature and i believe many more is in development and yet to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, To be very honest there is some flaws in JIRA tool though its a great tool to use and manage the ITSM Process.
unlike other ticketing tool that i used, JIRA sometime lags/hangs while submitting our info or updating our request
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is a ticketing tool and i have pretty much used it for the same. it is super easy to use and manage your day to days ITtask
and request easily.
it has lots of module that manages the support part whether its a SR or Inc

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides various facilities like maintaining design documents, tracking development, status of the deployment, followup on testing, bug reporting and planing project process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could say improvement in searching bug and generating report based on searched criteria. Ui has to be improved little better to work more efficiently in jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning, bug reporting, defect tracking, source maintenance, test case maintenance, design tracting, development tracking, resource planning, process management.

What do you like best about the product?
the features offered by product is so good. Also it has great connectivity with third party tools like XRAY, qtest, Jenkins etc which makes easy for CI/CD implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike about it. I have been using it for 10+ years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management lifecycle for information Technology space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its just best out there. I have used other products like Team Foundation Server from Microsoft but I have found JIRA the easiest and still the perfect tool for my work.

Jira Services Management is the best tool to analyst the services in an Organization, Dashboard view makes it simple to view the overall performance of services.

There are no Minor Cons in this application

we are Provides Customer and vendor supports through Jira services Management the strategy makes it easier to follow up the process. Using Jira we are managing the Change, Incident, and Problem managements.
