Tickets Monitoring and looking at the details of ticket

The documentation is not arranged correctly. too many e-mails etc.

Since 1 year I was using JIRA, it's a good tool for raising issues and collating all the information and the status of the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
log time needs to be improve, it's better to log automatically and better to include more features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using daily Jira for daily tasks and issues to resolve.

It's very user friendly and I can connect test cases and user stories here

It should not be slowing deleting and if allowing internet should only based on permissions

Jira is so powerful! You can always do anything and customise to your needs if you have grown the team to the size that fits these power features.

View is not very user friendly, feels outdated, I imagine there are a lot more features than I realize because it's not an intuitive design

It has friendly display with typical bootstrap.

It gets really expensive for a mindium size company to use the tools.

Easy documentation between departments.

Very easy to customize to your needs. Works for large teams and small. Also appreciate the robust API and integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be clunky. First creating projects and custom workflows can take time. Could be easy ways to quickly view/reassign/and bulk update items.

Need way to respond to clients and quickly forward context to internal developers for work. Also solves needs of tracking SLAs
