Simply collaborative jira service desk

What do you like best about the product?
Modern, affordable, easy and flexible in technical terms, automated to good extent, good platform to fix incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service and incidents templates needs to be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising technical incidents as tickets and for change management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the platform is to fit almost any service request need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to search for the proper request category or subcategory when there are many with almost identical keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been used across our organization to fulfill numerous purposes such as ticket tracking for bug reports, change or add requests, incident reports and others. Time savings and better volume tracking are recognized benefits.

using it for all the request like bug fixes, enactments. it is a very helpful as it solves a lot of emails going back and forth.

The tool seems fine but unstable when accessing from outside the company's VPN

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of quickly finding what I need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
How unstable it gets when I'm using it from outside the company's VPN. In my case the company only allows to access it when inside the company's network, but since consultants like me are constantly outside on the field, they created a way of making it available externally but it's very unstable. Not sure where this limitation is on this case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily see how is involved in issues and proposing solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great to measure productivity and manage projects if you know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge ramp up. User needs a lot of time to get used to its vigorous and robust feature set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agile development, project management, productivity charts. Once trained on JIRA teams will find value in the analytics it provides. Its an especially good tool for project managers and large teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great way for my company to manage projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI can allowing access and groups in AD is a bit clunky. It is very easy to get an email address blacklisted on Jira's end.

Easy to use and very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it links tickets together in different projects. It will also link inside comments or descriptions making moving between tickets very easily. I also like that it supports special formatting to give clean looks. Having the ability to add bullet points and bold text along with increasing font size is very appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of the all the emails received. I had to create an email folder as there are turns of emails that can get sent throughout the week. I know I can untag myself and unwatch - but it gives daily reminders for items you are assigned to and really seems pointless. Following meetings, I know what items are in my court and my responsibility to move forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tracks everything. From new features, to stories, to defects and everything else. It allows all tickets to be inside one system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to mold the service desk to your own specifications, and the report system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service was a bit sub par when I used it

The revamp the internal IT system, and create a reporting system for the entire organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track project statuses from inception to completion. Jira does a good job of allowing custom work flows to meet your specific need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira can be a lot to manage. There is probably some integration functionality that I'm not taking full advantage of that would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a business intelligence team and use Jira to coordinate project processes. This has helped keep everyone, both on our team and external team members that are collaborating with us, stay on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The way the jobs are organised
2. Easy to use and a friendly interface
3. Adding of sub tasks and easy to change any information given
4, the best way to track whats going on within a team and the progress for the tasks
5. The chart representation is one best way we cans how the progress of the team
6. Track the amount of time spent by us using this application
What do you dislike about the product?
1. maintenance which comes up frequently does not let us log our efforts
2. When the board is updated by many people at a time, its not refreshed automtically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. The user stories are added and the progress is maintained in jira
2. The hours logged by a person is tracked based on the data present in jira
3. The charts are made use of to see the progress

Yes absolutely
