Copado Testing & Deployment Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Copado is a third party DevOps platform built on Salesforce Lightning System and facilitates the Tasks/User stories deployments through organization pipeline. We can do regression testing as extra security check points, sometimes custom created quality gates to ensure correct and well tested automation should be deployed to production environment. All can be done through declarative tools with easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it offers good deployment automations but its licenses are too much expensive as only large business can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves issues related to deployment of inconsistent codes, programs or not user stories not fulfilling organization custom criteria to production. It enforces custom checks using environment variables so that everything works correctly according to standards set by organization.

For many user they will be a part of very emphasize and grdually intrestsing

Nothing to see any other testing parts that was dislike in this.

CRT supporting live testing which is very useful while automating new functionalities

Integration with other tools apart from salesforce is bit tricky for me

Copado testing is helping manual tester to automate the scripts very easier

What do you like best about the product?
CRT is useful to run the scripts in API and UI
It don't require high automation knowledge to start with

UI seems to struck while running multiple times in live testing, but the issue is intermittent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have test cases which needs both API and UI at the same time for which we were using 2 different tool, with copado this issue was solved by merging both API and UI test cases in single script
Live testing feature is enabling the work easier by showing the issue in unlock window and rectifying it manually to proceed further.
with the help of live testing, able to run small peices of code directly which other tools usually don't have.
Recording option is helping even for manual tester to automate efficiently in a faster way.

Performance is UI is little low compared to other tools

For beginners it is easy to setup and live testing mode and Recording features make person concentrate and interest
