Easy and Effective Vulnerability Management

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use and navigate. The dashboards and data filters are easy to set up and all pertinent information is readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our new remote world, it would be nice to scan computers that are not on our network. Say an agent based scan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform and client advocate services provide us with independent quarterly reports. Our client advocate is great in helping us resolve issues that may not be just an easy patch.

Strong Vulnerability Scanner

What do you like best about the product?
Solid scanning tool overall. UI is very intuitive and works well. Like the filters and ability to have different focused views. GPA works well to track improvements. Seems to be kept up to date with latest CVEs in a timey manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some issues where scanner doesn't complete and had to re deploy internal scanner RNA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefiting our business by enabling us to know the critical vulnerabilities that need to be solved in our customer enviornments. Identification of CVEs also drives additional revenue for us to remeidate issues with professional services.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the available easy-to-understand dashboards, the ease of creating new asset groups and scans, and the offered definitions and recommended remediation plans for every vulnerability found. The support we have received with any issue has made our experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Frontline is not the most accurate with its findings. We have found that certain settings and specific scans are required for Frontline to scan our environment more accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontline is scanning large areas of our network consistently and automatically, which allows us to have easy insight into our network's security posture. Frontline identifies issues for us and we are able to address and mitigate or remediate those issues quickly.

Easy to use vulnerability scanning tool with a great dashboard and tracking tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the dashboard and active view consolidates and prioritizes the findings. This and the notes features keep our team on the same page while remediating vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, my biggest concern is that there is no way to get debugging or command-line access to the scanners. The best would be a remote console into the scanners from the dashboard that would allow us to do things like connectivity tests in a customer's environment without having access to their network itself. A debugging view of what a scanner is doing during a scan would also be beneficial, possibly access to a log file from a scan's run to better help us troubleshoot failed scans or failures to discover anything.

Finally, I continue to find broken links and references to documentation that's moved throughout places like frontline's site, AWS marketplace, and the dashboard itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us better understand customer environments and find vulnerabilities that we can assist them in remediating. The dashboard and reports also help us show the customer the improvements we are making to their organization.

Great comprehisive vulnerability scanning

What do you like best about the product?
When issues are identified Frontline directs you to knowledgebase articles that outline the vulnerability and the fix allowing for less research and more patching/configuration of the core issue. I spend less time looking for answers so I can get back to my primary roles
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up scanning can be a bit convoluted on your own but your account manager can assist with this. Tagging assets as an accepted risk won't asjust the scan score and rescans for fixed assets seems slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding gaps in security, as well as verification of issues, correctly being resolved from a known vulnerability and ease of reporting to management.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting, graphs, and charts are beneficial in portraying how our organization looks to the non-technical executives we have on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scans can take a while to initially start as well as can take a bit to run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me identify vulnerabilities that are currently on my network. Things that I might not have known before.

Nothing so far - no complaints at all so far.

We're using Frontline Vulnerability Manager to detect vulnerabilities on our internal/external facing computers and devices.
