What do you like best about the product?
In general, DDI is an excellent system. That being said, it is their personal service that makes the biggest difference. Having access to a dedicated analyst makes a huge difference.

There is nothing I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one, these types of tests are required to adhere to the various regulatory requirements. More importantly, it addresses general security and the ability to remediate systems before they become a security issue.

Highly Recommended

What do you like best about the product?
We got a white-glove treatment from a representative from Digital Defense. They walked us through setting up both the internal and external security scans on our network. Once a quarter, we get a detailed report of every device internally. Not only will it list the vulnerability that needs to be remediated, but in most cases, it will give detailed instructions on how to remediate it. This little extra in the report saves a lot of time in researching when trying to remediate issues in a large network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could be wrong about this, but I believe you only get so many scans a year or a quarter. So far, I have been able to do re-scans on individual assets without any issue. My score may change if I run into a limit. I would not want to wait until the end of a quarter to make sure an asset is 100% good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discovering severe CVEs that you did not even think about patching (because you didn't realize it existed) is worth its weight in gold. Remediating assets also gives me something to do on those slow days.
