Its a perfect tool for Vulnerabilities scan..!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It gives a more comprehensive threat\scan summurry. It's the industry’s most comprehensive, accurate, and easy-to-use SaaS vulnerability management solution. solution performs comprehensive security assessments and helps prioritize and track the results, making easier remediation planning and management more efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I observed during the scanning, it alerts about the trusted devices as well. So sometimes they have to coordinate with other vendors' teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its automatic capability of acknowledging threats in detail is wonderful.
It gives detailed information about threats. which helps to get mitigate easily.

Frontline gives insight for prevention opposed to reaction
What do you like best about the product?
Using frontline to help detect vulnerabilities before they become an issue is a huge stress relief. Stopping a problem before it becomes a problem is the best approach!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain devices that we do not have control over the connection type and it flags them as F's, when in reality with all the other systems we have in place it should be negated. This is just when acknowledging risk needs to be built into your security plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users that have things not done properly, devices that are not as secure as we thought. There have been time savings based on not needing to check as many places to see if an attack has occurred.
Does it's job, but with a price
What do you like best about the product?
Automated quarterly scanning with a decent user portal and a fountain of information. Reports dictate how to remdiate and improve your "grade". There are some similar better priced options out there in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside would be pricing and the inability to fine tune it yourself in a lot of areas without using support to do so for you. Until you dial everything in expect a lot of alerts as it seems to try to brute force devices on your network, and if you have any form of reporting setup via email - it can get a bit ugly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Depending on network size, it can find some old devices that are out of support or unpatched, so it definitely helps in those areas as well as external scans to find any weak spots in your security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is a good product but a bit on the pricey side, but very hands off. If you're looking for something turn key to generate nice reports and alert you to any vulnerabilities in a user friendly portal then this is it. There are, however, other tools that will do basically the same thing for a fraction of the price, just without all the bells and whistles and require more setup and management.
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use was probably the best feature. The product is still maturing, though
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reporting lacked real customization options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides visibility into environment risk

What do you dislike about the product?
Some false positives, too many emails, nothing else.

Security for our entire infrastructure, helps with military audits.
Works and meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to generate reports after scans have completed. Interface is easily navigable and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
hosts are only identified by IP address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems; this has helped us begin to get organized and create a remediation plan
Frontline Vulnerability Manager - Thumbs Up
What do you like best about the product?
Visual display of pertinent information. It helps flag "fix now" and "fix later." Allows our team to address needs efficiently based on risk and rank.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be unintuitive sometimes, but this is resolved with time in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly in house networking - helps us better protect our network. Our Applications also benefit from risk analysis to ensure we protect and serve our clients.
Solid Nessus alternative under active development
What do you like best about the product?
Frontline is extremely easy to use. I create accounts for our clients in the cloud portal and it requires little to no training for them to get the hang of it. The interface is intuitive, and besides occasional lagginess, pretty responsive. I can set up a virtual appliance and cloud portal in under half an hour and get scheduled scans and reports to the client within the same day. Their support team has been open to my suggestions and quick to CC the developer team to make improvements or fix bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "threat rank" feature (comparable to Nessus "VPR") seems half baked. The ranks don't seem to be updated at frequent intervals and assigns questionable scores to SSL/TLS type vulnerabilities that exist in apps that don't transact anything sensitive. I'd like for signatures in general to be added at a quicker pace (e.g. new critical Exchange or Windows bug comes out, I'd like to see a signature within the same day).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frontline helps prioritize vulnerability remediation, provides detailed remediation guidelines, and consistent tracking of remediation progress over time. Additionally, it produces easy to consume reports for management and IT teams alike.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Frontline is cheaper the more IPs you're scanning. If you know ahead of time you're going to be scanning big IP blocks or on behalf of other organizations, purchase the higher tier.
Amazing Vulnerability detection
What do you like best about the product?
We can determine and see where our vulnerabilities lie. Knowing what we need to tackle is very helpful and makes tracking everything with our assets easy! The vulnerabilities are all explained clearly, so it's easy to understand!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no features that I have come across that I have disliked. Everything works as it should and gives no trouble. There aren't any improvements that I can think of after my first year of use. Keeping track of everything is made easy for anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is helping us in the field of Cybersecurity. Frontline has shown us so many things that we can fix ourselves without hiring to have somebody track down and fix it themselves. Our organization has been more secure due to managing and watcing the reports we get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a chance because this can help you protect against many threats!
Easy to use and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Frontline is easy to deploy and easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't run into any problems with Frontline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring our security measures are in place and working.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Frontline VM Linux virtual machine is portable so moving it to another server is easy.
