Ease of doing work

Easily accessible

A bit Expensive solution and pricing is on higher side.

They are automating KYC authentication process for loan processing.

The tool developed by Rezo for us extracts and compares KYC data from customer's KYCs (Aadhaar , Voter ID) and loan forms such customer's name, DOB ,UID etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I encounter minor bugs on the platform, but I believe these issues will be resolved with future upgrades.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating entire NLP conversations in Voice bot and providing support for multilungal is an additional advantage. In addition, Rezo distinguishes itself with a wealth of offerings in dashboards and exclusive competitive speech analytics. Whatever the use case, their team has a solution for it. The supportive top management and the availability of teams around the clock, particularly Prateek Singh as my point of contact, have been exceptional. Prateek consistently delivers constructive and logical support, ensuring the most effective cross-collaboration I've experienced. Thank you, team, for making our lives easier.

Rezo bots have definitely reduced our workload

There is nothing that I dislike about Rezo.ai, they manage all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier Calls were done by human resource but by implementing Rezo.Ai calls were triggered by system resulting saving into man hours.
