What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Appsmith since a few months and it's been a great tool. At first we we're thinking of using retool. But after trying appsmith we didn't think twice. We have a lot of different data sources and appsmith being able to hand every one of them without any additional configuration has saved us a lot of time. Its so easy to get started, even on the self hosted version. We're hosting it on AWS EC2 through the AMI and it spun up within minutes. I wish more servies offered such easy methods to get started. We're using the free version and it's been more than enough for our needs. We're planning to upgrade to the paid version soon.
Being able to embed apps is a great feature. We're using it to embed tables and other widgets in our internal dashboard.
So overall, we're very happy with appsmith and we're looking forward to using it for a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have a dark mode.
I guess thats it for now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using it to visualize relations and tables in our waitlist signups and mobile app signups.
We were also able to create complex tables and visualize them right as they were being created in postgres through appsmith
