Powerful and flexible automation without the hassle
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about n8n is the freedom it provides to design complex workflows without relying heavily on code. Its visual interface makes the learning curve fast, while still offering the power to customize with JavaScript or advanced integrations. Being open-source and self-hostable also gives a level of control that few similar tools can match.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the documentation is not as clear or detailed, especially when working with more complex integrations or advanced production setups. I’ve also noticed that performance may require some optimization when handling workflows with a high volume of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n helps us automate repetitive tasks and connect tools that don’t natively integrate with each other. Instead of manually moving data between systems, we’ve built workflows that sync information, trigger notifications, and streamline processes across our stack. This saves valuable time, reduces human error, and allows us to scale operations without adding extra resources.

Simple and practical, it greatly reduces the work of automation with the use of AI. Ease of use from tool selection to application integration, with a large volume of resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs could be a little lower for those who are still in training with the tool.

Is there anything N8N can't do? Love this platform, so many cool templates to get you started

I love that you can build an AI agent and connect to your business software to learn / work with, and best of all, most of the common solutions exist as templates

Not much bad to say, it a little bit techie, but so am I, and that opens up the options to customise and build what the business needs

Currently developing an AI agent to act as a product specialist, in turn once trained and tested this can answer questions from internal staff and customers

Wire diagrams explaining the flow and easy to debug easily.

It is paid after 14 days of trial , should be open source for basic workflows:)

The overall concept is easy to grasp and intuitive to an Excel / Sheets person but who is not a full developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling.

For the moment nothing because there is so much content online to learn and use templates that if you follow the right path you can learn the tool in 2 or 3 weeks

For me, n8n practically makes tools like Zapier or Make redundant.
What do you like best about the product?
n8n is amazingly intuitive and flexible. It caters to professionals, developers, marketers, and designers alike, making automation accessible without compromising on capabilities. The user interface is clearly structured, workflows are quickly implemented, and there is a wide variety of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly speaking: that I waited so long to try it out. Additionally, with the self-hosted version, you have to take care of updates yourself, which means a bit of extra effort. Otherwise, the entry barrier is surprisingly low, the learning curve is flat, and the community as well as the documentation provide quick help. In retrospect, I could have benefited from the flexibility much earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n solved the problem for me of connecting different tools and systems without expensive third-party services like Zapier or Make. I can automate complex workflows, synchronize data between apps, and map individual processes – exactly the way I need it. This not only saves on licensing costs but also a lot of time in daily life and gives me full control over my automations.

n8n is easy, simple and handy if understood better. We can easily add automation workflows by adding apis and integrate jira, slack and many more
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike, Maybe the docs should mention in a betterway so that everybody can understand and adapt quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing manual intervention in routine tasks, created n8n automation which helped in completing work in secs usually woulstake couple of hours.

The ease of installation and connections, the versatility to develop connections via HTTP request.

For now, I don't have any bad experiences, we'll see with use and update!

I have several cases, but in general we are doing integrations with third-party systems in a simple way.

I like the price, its cheaper than most other tools. For what it gives its actually really good deal.

Hard to connect on my own server, docs are a bit confusing sometimes. Took me longer then I thought.

n8n helps me connect apps without writing code every time. I use it to move data between CRM and sheets, saves me a lot of boring manual work.
