n8n Supercharges Workflow Automation — Fast to Build, Easy to Debug
What do you like best about the product?
n8n is an amazing tool. I can build in hours what used to take weeks, and it makes the whole process feel much faster and more straightforward. on top of that, it's verry easy to debug and test the workflows on small amount of input data!
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, the datatable module is probably not very helpful when you’re working with a large amount of records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create API connections between different web applications in just a few hours. I also normalized feeds that were provided in a “strange” format because I needed them in a different one. And much more…
Incredibly Easy Automation Building
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to build automations and they really work and add value
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all , i just love how the platform works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't seen anything that i dislike about n8n
Incredible variety of connectors and function nodes
What do you like best about the product?
The incredible variety of connectors and function nodes
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, especially with merge nodes, it is difficult to predict the resulting structure of the JSON. I have the impression that some things are relatively hard overwritten; the existing information is not sufficient for me.
For HTTP requests, only the result is returned. An additional property like "adopt input JSON" would be extremely helpful here. As a selectable option, this would simplify a lot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's about integrating AI functionality into workflows. AI analysis results are often helpful and make it easier for me to handle, especially with complex processes.
Incredible concept validation and easy expansion with API integration
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I, as a software developer, can validate concepts is truly incredible, as well as how easy it is for me to expand functionality using API integration, one of the best things I love about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, I haven't seen anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of reporting, daily payment management, asynchronous conversation management, generation of daily reports, implementation of Backend for proof of concept.

Intelligent service agent automation.
Flexible Workflows With Powerful Customization in n8n
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about n8n is the flexibility it gives compared to most no-code tools. You’re not locked into rigid templates — you can start simple and then go as deep and custom as you want. The visual workflow builder is easy to understand, but at the same time you can add logic, conditions, and even custom code when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that there’s a bit of a learning curve if you’re coming from very simple no-code tools. To really unlock n8n’s power, you need some understanding of logic, data structures, and APIs, which can feel intimidating at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In talent recruitment, n8n solves the problem of disconnected tools and repetitive manual work across the hiring funnel. We use multiple systems—job portals, ATS, CRM, email, and internal databases—and keeping everything in sync used to be time-consuming and error-prone.
Affordable, Powerful Automation with Full Control via Self-Hosted n8n
What do you like best about the product?
n8n is an incredibly affordable automation tool with powerful capabilities. The self-deployment option on Hostinger Cloud is cost-effective and gives you complete control. The visual workflow builder is intuitive, and it supports extensive integrations. Great tool for automation-heavy projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the steep learning curve. Advanced workflow configuration requires understanding of JavaScript and data structures. Documentation could be more comprehensive for beginners. Setup and deployment, while affordable, demands technical knowledge that might intimidate non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
n8n solves critical workflow automation and integration challenges. By enabling self-deployment on affordable cloud infrastructure like Hostinger, it eliminates vendor lock-in and excessive licensing costs. It streamlines repetitive business processes, integrates disparate systems, and reduces manual work significantly. Perfect for teams needing powerful automation without breaking the budget.
Simple tool for workflow: mainly graphics, minimal coding
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and work using mainly graphics with minimal coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
No free support for specific workflow executions on hosting outside of n8n servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool for recognizing and sorting a large number of documents, as well as for handling pre-trained AI models designed for various applications.
n8n Makes API Integrations and AI Workflows Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
With n8n you can integrate pretty much any tool if there's an API available for it, I've integrated mutliple tools using it... for which I would've had to wait on developers otherwise.
Plus, you can connect multiple AI Models, and kind of bring in AI Agents in workflow, be it for research or task executions like Posting on Social Media, Newsletters etc.
And, you can find tons of workflow templates on their marketplace (plus, n8n being widely known, you can find tons of templates that can be implemented in your business e.g. AI Newsletter Creation, Automated Outreach, Social Media Posting etc.)
Best part, they also have a community edition that you can host on your server (when you only pay for server cost)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment for this if we exclude learning it takes a bit of time, and you need to know a bit of API things to make the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple tools for a smoother workflow (it has helped speed up the execution speed, as there's slightly less reliance on developers to do all the integrations with multiple tools).
Simple, Minimalistic, User-Friendly, and Powerful Open Source Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity, minimalistic, user friendly, ease of use, being open source and powerful with lots of useful integrations. It is so easy for setting up and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on Windows using npx command is a bit hard which is mostly because of the nature of Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to create an application to replace an old un-supported one but n8n made my life so easy with just some simple clicks
