One-stop shop for all my company-related search!
What do you like best about the product?
It creates a specific space for my company-related material, whether it's customer-facing decks, technical resources, or internal resources for HR-related document. I frequent Glean as my first stop shop when I begin my research.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI algorithm could be improved to get more similar matches for my search items. Sometimes, I find irrelevant material for my search item, and am having to filter it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean is solving the problem around finding my company-specific resources as my first place to find appropriate information when stumbling upon an area I am not yet familiar in.

Glean makes me a know-it-all (in a good way)
What do you like best about the product?
Glean makes it super easy for me to find and search all of the resources/materials that my company has to offer in a search bar. Not only that, it connects to our messenger app and I can find conversations that has my answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not entirely Glean's fault - but it makes it apparent that companies have too many outdated resources. Perhaps there is a way to see rankings of similar questions that other team members search for and found their answer to serve as the top link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have ample resources that the company produces and many many conversations that happen amongst peers. In my customer facing role, I need to know where to find anything and everything - And that's where Glean comes in.
Great tool to organize your digital brain
What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality connected to the wide variety of tools I use in my day-to-day work brings relevant and useful results far faster than I could achieve on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy my experience with glean and so, there isn't much I dislike. When I am moving fast on my computer and signed out of Glean, it does take a moment to sign back in but this is a minor inconvience at most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and finding documents across the dozens and dozens of different tools that I use with my day-to-day work. it helps increase productivity by saving time hunting documents or files down.
Lives up to promise as company-internal Google!
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use- I now go to Glean before bubbling up questions, as it often brings me to the documents/slack threads that would likely be what I'm led to had I bothered my coworkers.
The for Glean to search through my private messages also makes it invaluable in knowing that it's likely searched through everything I already have access to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Glean's frontpage is attempting to be the central hub for all users by integrating with things like your calendar and message mentions, but I think these integrations need to allow you to either respond messages/calendar invites to be truly useful as a hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to find references or documentation for problems I encounter on the job. Having gone through multiple sources and migrations of company documentation Glean helps index and compile all the information without having to hunt through multiple sources of information.
Easy to navigate and keep everything organized under one roof!
What do you like best about the product?
With the constant paltforms we use here, it is so easy to lose track of where things live, with Glean they make it simple for us to see where said documentation lives, easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! everytime I use it, I can find what I am looking for quickly and efiiciently. thank you for making a product that does what we are looking for so well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of folders that we would have to sift through or people to ping to find something took a long time! The fact that we can search for a key word quickly and be able to find what we are looking for is GREAT!
Glean makes it so easy to find what I need
What do you like best about the product?
Glean is such a great tool when you need to find information or documentation, especially at remote companies. I'm able to search using a few keywords (like an internal google-style search) and results return that are filterable by type (Salesforce record, GDrive,Hubspot, Slack)
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to re-login more than I'd like, not always convenient for quick/easy searches. I'd really like if Glean had more advanced filters to help me find what I need faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean is helping to solve the problem of too much noise in our documentation. I work at a remote-first company so it can be really hard to navigate all of the great documentation and different content my team has available. Glean also helps act as a shortcut when it comes to searching company accounts/users - instead of needing to open up Salesforce or your CRM, you can just drop the contact name in Glean and it will show everywhere that company appears within the company's tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
As an engineer, I really enjoy how easy it is to search for and find documents related to my keywords. I find myself heading there first, and more often than not, my needed documents are quickly found.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing too much that I dislike, but I guess I would be interested in searching github code if this is not already a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean was instrumental in my onboarding, because I was able to quickly find all the documents I needed. I was able to be more productive right off the bat, rather than messaging members of my team.

Being able to find documents or information across multiple resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to set up a custom search that sticks to limit what resources information is pulled from.

Needing to individually search across multiple areas for documentation.
Productivity Increased and Search made easier
What do you like best about the product?
Glean is very helpful during work everytime I need to search something my first step is to open Glean and most of the times, I get the required stuff within minutes without hoping here and there. This is because glean has made these searches so easy that I don't have to go and search multiple places individually. Really Time Saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing observed so far. If something comes up, I'll update here.

The problem of hopping multiple places to search something relevant was really irritating, but Glean has solved that! I love it!
