Product idea is good and I was looking for a mobile app for Amazon connect for a while. However this app falls short. Cannot see user interface text properly (small grey button text etc.). Takes forever to connect or disconnect, unnecessary notifications even if the app is open etc. More work is needed.

Hi, Thanks a lot for your review, we welcome all feedback from our users and are constantly improving the app. Regarding the interface, we are working on better readability and contrasts of the UX so this will be improved in future releases. Could you let us know which region and organisation you were using Mobile Connect with via mc.notifications@idealsystems.be? This way, we can look into the technical logs to see what was causing the slow connection.
