What do you like best about the product?
It seems to be the best platform for what we are trying to achieve, a public community in addition to customer community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is the best fit for us, it still isn't the best. They are slow with rolling out new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only launched our community a year ago, I can't say that it has solved any problems yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to the 'tech' industry, I have had a lot to learn, and using inSided has been so incredibly easy to use. There are so many options, so much flexibility and the ability to tailor to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My initial thoughts are nothing ... but since I must say something, I will say that the number of admins allowed in our package has been a little challenging at times but really not a bid deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are pretty new to the tool but are using it for a couple reasons. One, to get our customers connected with one another and two, to more quickly get customers the answer and support that they need.

Customizable, Easy to learn, Customer Centric

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user friendly; using the control backend to post/manage content and set up the user flow is easy. The support from the InSided team is also excellent. Support works fast to fix any problems you have, and their onboarding sessions ensure you are equipped to launch successfully.

I really enjoy the different features of the platform and they speak to everything our customers are most interested in; exploring discussion boards to find meaningful conversations, connecting with our own experts, or staying up to date on new products we release.
What do you dislike about the product?
In regards to the tool itself, there's not anything that I feel is missing.

One small thing more on the control backend is that once a post is live you are unable to change the post date. So while you are building out your community (and before inviting any users) it may be smart to wait until the very last week to make your post uploads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to set up a tech touch strategy with our mid-sized customers who don't necessarily have access to an account manager. With this tool we are able to bring them many digital touch points that will translate into them feeling well taken care of!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can looks at the platform online and on the backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with the editing on the backend, I would like tobe able to click on edit at the top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform really allows for communication and collaboration which is great for a person in CS.

What do you like best about the product?
Inisides support team is fast responding and extremely helpful. Customizing the platform to fit your companys brand is easy (plug and play).
One of the biggest reason why we pick Insided is their federate search capabilities and the embeddable. This helps our current clients get all the information they needs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting has been a struggle for us with using this platform. Also, not having a way to email our current community members within the platform outside of the automated emails (e.g newsletter).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagine with our current customers. Being able to share best practices, tips and tricks, and allowing our customer to callborate with each other, and learn from each other.
Also, gamification and ideation.

What do you like best about the product?
The team was extremely supportive throughout our deployment. It was our first community build out and the team tailored the onboarding and deployment to our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some backend features that need to be added and additional analytics that would help us when reporting out to the larger business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our community platform built on InSided is helping our customers get their questions answered faster and help themselves before they need to submit a ticket. They also can engage with their peers, something that was not possible before our community was built.

What do you like best about the product?
Allowing customers and colleagues to connect to form a powerful bond and foster a closer relationship with our users
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to move posts into different areas myself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inSided is allowing us to put documentation and content in front of the customer, but not only that it allows us to interact with the customer and answer any questions. It also allows customers to interact with each other so they can share what they're all up to and tap into eachothers knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is quick and clear. As a new employee, I was able to quickly get oriented and find my way around. Even without much prior knowledge :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Since my English is limited, I would appreciate a language adaptation option here for other countries that use this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot answer that, as it does not fall within my area of responsibility in my company.

What do you like best about the product?
inSided has an amazing team that helped us get up and running quickly. As a small team wearing many hats, the guidance and support they provided was invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Native integrations are limited with inSided, so most are handled using Zapier workflows. On one hand, Zapier has tons of integrations - far more than inSided could natively develop. On the other hand, this means that a team will (potentially) need a Zapier subscription and know-how to take advantge of most integration scenarios. It could be a barrier for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers deserve a community where they can learn use cases, recommendations, and best practices both from our staff as well as their peers in the industry. inSided makes it easy to connect groups of people to learn, grow, and network together.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization that Insided provides is very helpful for non-designers or developers. There's a lot of out of the box functionality to get anyone started.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is an integration set up, there still is a lot of gaps with interacting with third-party marketing tools to provide better analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevention of months/ years on creation and maintenance of an in-house tool for community management.
