    Information Technology and Services

Concise and customizable

What do you like best about the product?
the upsides are the quickly available templates that can get a person started almost immediately plus the super responsive Support team who are always aroundto help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of co-build options is a bit of a let-off. A more aggressive CS approach to understand the usage and feedback would have helped us during the times of lean usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The presence of an external community is important to drive organic growth and increase chatter about the product. The visibility has increased to my knowledge since the time we launched.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love some more emails or notifications on how to level up or best practices for taking your community to the next level. Top tips for using the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

  • May 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Good support, ease of use. Comprehensive capabilities of creating internal spaces for various groups, which helps us streamline groups&topics for our Community members.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not truly happy with communication capabilities, especially since email templates for notifications are pretty limited. Would love to see more capabilities within roadmap/product feedback gathering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insided, helped us create an common space for our Customers & Partners to interact with us, but what is equally important interact between each other and drive customer advocacy!

Great community platform

  • May 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The first thing that pops when I think about inSided is the way they've been aside us for everything that concerns our community. We had a really good and humanly support, and that's something really helpful for this subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think about one, or maybe the fact that they didn't provide someone speaking French...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any questions regarding the community platform they provided us with.

Great community engagement tool

  • May 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
the transparency and highlight of what is new, as well as who has engaged with what content is brought to the foreground which invited to further participation by users.
What do you dislike about the product?
the management part could be better. Simple features such as having new threads/KBs/aricles on top rather than on bottom would be very nice to have. It is the most frustrating aspect of the product. Also there are many sub forums where you cannot post, unless you go through the management tool. With these things fixed, 10/10
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
both customer engagement, but also peer to peer communication is made possible here. Its our one-to-many communication option which, unlike an email, invites to discussion,

Easy to use, intuitive Community Platform

  • May 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The insided platform is very intuitive and easy to use. They are continually making updates to the product; it is fully functional for all of my organization's online community needs. There are so many resources to find answers to questions about using the platform as well. This is so helpful not to have to rely on Support or the CSM to respond to every question.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process was a bit rocky due to some nuances from our old Community platform. The implementation consultant was patient and fair throughout the process, making the challenging times more manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advancing our customer's industry and product knowledge as well as providing networking opportunities and case deflection. This is saving the organizaiton money in the area of Support and marketing.

Very happy with the overview that it gives me of the recent activities on our platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the easiness with which I can determine what topics need action, with the available dashboards. We're slowly exploring all other options available and I'm excited to start implementing them to support our clients better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just a tiny thing, but when responding to topics as a moderator in the backend, the layout of what you're writing doesn't come up the exact same way on the live platform. Mainly, the spaces between paragraphs can easily look way to small or way too big, making the text less easy to read for members. Same goes for not being able to determine where a picture should show up on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By slowly creating a place for our clients to ask our questions, other than through our support team, it eventually will lower their workload. I myself work with slightly bigger enterprise clients, and we hope to eventually develop the core of our platform far enough to be able to have them use it too, giving them a higher value for their license and decreasing my workload as their account manager.

Gets the job done

  • May 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for the community builder that is looking to mimic other popular communities i.e. Zapier, Insided, Gong, Monday.com, etc. This is designed to be a user community first and foremost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't learn that this was a user community first and I'm trying to build a community of practice and for that it's really hard to use - it's not matching my use case too well, but we're locked in so we're making the most of it.

Creating events for your community is cumbersome and really only works if you don't plan on hosting a lot of events. You can't do recurring events or duplicate them which is a huge pain point for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a singular space where our users and other onboarding professionals could go to level up their game. Insided definitely provides that and it's been nice having a one stop shop for all our announcements and events.

Great for Collaboration, but Sometimes Inflexible

  • May 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've had the opportunity to use the no code community platform for some time now and overall, I'm pretty happy with my experience. The platform provides a user-friendly interface and an easy-to-use system that allows me to connect with other users, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects. The community aspect is a particular highlight, as it allows me to network with other like-minded individuals and access a wealth of information that I may not have had access to otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are a few areas where I think the platform could be improved. One of the main issues I've encountered is that the platform can be too inflexible at times. While there are many pre-built templates and features available, there are times when I've wanted to customize things more, and I've found that the platform doesn't always allow for that level of flexibility. This can be frustrating when I want to create something unique or when I need a specific feature that isn't available out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inSided Online Community Platform is solving several problems related to creating and managing an online community. One of the main problems it solves is providing a centralized platform for community members to connect and share information, while also allowing moderators to manage the community and ensure that conversations stay on track.

Another key problem that inSided addresses is the difficulty of creating engagement and building relationships within an online community. By providing a platform that is easy to use and encourages participation, inSided helps to build a strong sense of community and fosters relationships between members.

Additionally, inSided helps to solve the problem of scaling an online community. As a community grows, it can become difficult to manage and maintain, but inSided provides tools to help automate many of the processes involved in community management, such as moderation and content curation.

Overall, the inSided Online Community Platform is benefiting me by providing a centralized platform to connect with others who share similar interests and by making it easy to participate and engage in discussions. As a result, I am able to learn from others, share my own knowledge and expertise, and build relationships with like-minded individuals. Additionally, the platform's automated features and tools help to make community management more efficient and effective, allowing me to focus more on building relationships and fostering engagement within the community.

A tailored, easy-to-use community platform for B2B businesses

  • May 10, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and the feature set is tailored to B2B businesses. inSided provides their own community as well, so it's easy to suggest new features or get help through their forums. The Support and Product teams are also amazing to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not fully fleshed out like you would expect. I think this is a result of inSided being a younger company and having to prioritize a lot of work as it grows. For example, some community modules have robust subscription and notification features, or features to filter or customize the page, while other community modules lack these same notification and filtering options. However, inSided does respond to idea submissions, and they are making steady improvements across the board with each passing quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inSided provides a platform to centralize our self-serve resources such as support, documentation, product feedback, events, product updates, etc. We use inSided to allow users to ask questions publicly so that a maximum number of other users benefit, and so that the answers are indexed by search engines. inSided also allows our users to connect with and learn from one another.
