IBM Review
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for my enventory and can easily manage it. It has a user friendly and minimalist UI design which makes it much more easier. Name of the IBM makes it more reliable and trustable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be a little better. Actually, It is okay when considering the pluses. But one can consider it as a disadvantage and choose another product instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can check all the things at one place. Seeing at once is really cool.

One product which can be fit for all your supply chain requirement.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexiblity in terms of integration with frontend, Payment gateway, other systems using any of the latest technology. If something is not possible out of the box then it provide multiple way of customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Old console UI which was enabled only for IE but now its avaiable for any browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the central system for all the order processing, analytics, real time monitoring and inventory management.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that I like about IBM. One is fulfilling our company's demands by tracking and managing orders in less time. It is improving daily, and it is pretty efficient to use.
I will highly recommend it as it provides excellent facilities for any company.

As such, there is nothing that I dislike about this tool; the only thing that generates issues is it lags sometimes. Other than this, I like this tool. It is pretty useful.

For our company, this tool has been proven to be a boon. It solves many problems, like offering features that suit your company needs, such as order management, to enable efficiency and productivity, and it is pretty flexible and convenient to use

IBM sterling store engagement is very helpful and works wonder , it has given latest road map and vision for OMS because of active partnership with IBM ,

What I missed from IBM sterling is the searching logs or the search box is too cumbersome and timeconsuming which should be keep in mind in updates ,
Graylog can be incorporated which can help in the use ,
Build and deploy process can be enhanced which they should work upon.
Update queries section should be taken care of as the time goes , which would save time on development and testing.

On the side of benifits what I see , is good user community, breadth of services, product functionalities and core is nice which is very helpful , overall cost is less that actually helps and that is a best benifit to increase your sales ,

IBM Sterling for Order Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sterling OMS has been helping customers with order management for decades, and the product has grown a lot over these years with feedback from its customers. It supports order entry through multiple channels and provides placeholders for third-party integrations at almost every point in the order flow. There are so many such features that create a seamless experience for the end-user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sterling OMS is a vast product and needs a decent-sized team to manage the implementation. The pricing is a bit higher when compared to the other market players. Also, some of the internal applications could fancy a bit of an upgrade from a look-wise perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sterling OMS helps businesses offer their customer a seamless ordering experience be it a store purchase, call center purchase, online order, etc. More importantly, it helps retailers manage their resources more efficiently and be more profitable at the end of the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sterling OMS offers a lot more than just order management as part of the whole suite. There have been new additions to the package, like fulfillment optimizer, which can help businesses save some serious bucks. It's a great product, and there is possibly a lot more than to might be looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Inventory management in IBM Sterling is really good, the long list of features it provides while dealing with inventory is just never-ending and inventory management being a very critical and major part of the whole OMS, makes IBM Sterling a very worthy option to go with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for the complete Sterling fulfillment suite being far more compared to the other market players and the fact that IBM offers only the complete fulfillment suite could be one of the downsides in terms of not being able to grab small customers in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Sterling helps clients offer their customers a seamless experience with their online, in-store, call center purchases. Also, new addition to this is the fulfillment optimizer which has proved to be a very good add-on for businesses.

People who understand the product very well are key to implementing the product to the best of its capabilities.

IBM sterling OMS very cutomized nad we can even custom it for our clients as well.We have different platforms to perform different tasks like call centre, business centre and webspher .
What do you dislike about the product?
If we can make it a bit faster ,like whenever we want to open configurator or system management it takes a lot time.if we will make a bit faster and logging can be better also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we make it cutomized for our clients.We peform integration with 3rd parties.It is very vast and have seperate platforms to perform different actions .The documentation that we have it is awesome.
