Omni channel order management
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexible and most common omnu channel functionality is in out of the box product
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the stack components have not kept up with advancements. The json api are not really usable as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its core order and inventory management is used for omni channel order management

It reduces the amount of training needed to support customer. It improved the efficiency iof real time access
What do you dislike about the product?
The data used is to improve results not for decision making
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for viewing available and in-transit inventory for all locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Order management helps us minimize shipping and expediting costs for our products. It also helps improve our customer loyalty and satisfaction, by helping us see who/where/what is in recurring demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems somewhat archaic compared to other competitors in the space (i.e Salesforce).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use IBM Order Management to Increase look at fill rates and inventory turns for our business. This helps us reduce markdowns and buffer stock inventory where necessary
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look to work with a 3rd party vendor in setting up
For my use, it works just fine
What do you like best about the product?
When I look up orders, it shows everything I need in good detail. I do like the interface, but it does take a while to learn how to navigate through all the different options to find what you need when looking at orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if this is more the IBM or it is our side, but whenever we need to make modifications, it seems to take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Order Management is our order management system. It and some other back-end software help sync the order information (like prices, taxes, shipping, promos) to our Epicor software, Our old management system would not did not sync tax, but with IBM, it has decreased our workload due to that issue.

How easy it is to create invoices and store past invoices.

the numbering on the invoices can be tricky

clean processing of orders with the ability to support majority of order management processes and workflows as well as the ability to extend where necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of alerts and holds, limited order statuses.

Integration with a legacy highly customized WMS application.

Order Management and Inventory Fulfillment Product
What do you like best about the product?
Great setup. The designers did a good job understanding the business process of order management, receipt of inventory as well as the many potential issues that come up can be easily understandable and dealt with quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes special case of a hold code/inventory issue hold up the product in a particular warehouse and takes additional time to figure out what the individual issue is. Possibly add a comment box /custom hold codes to allow for any circumstance to be recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Receiving/transferring inventory in a timely manner between multiple locations and warehouses.
