What do you like best about the product?
It would be very easy to track the Complaints/ Issues and help us to reslove the customer issues on the given SLA time.

Very healpful to resolve the Customer Complaints ontime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not observed not much Downsides, need some more developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will get multipe service requests from our clients and also will receive multiple Queries on regular basis.

Based upon customer query we will give best service to our clients.

Wolken ServcieDesk is loaded with features like omnichannel support, knowledge base, reports and analysis, and it helps us keep our customers satisfied and happy.

There is nothing to dislike about the product.

Wolken ServiceDesk helps achieve seamless customer interactions, and it has helped us improve our customer satisfaction scores and agent efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy to use, flexible tool at a very competitive price. I enjoy working with the leadership team at Wolken who have a deep understanding of the software business and other business they touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love it if they would only have me as their customer :) - hard to identify anything to dislike to be honest, our interactions over the past five years have only been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to meet our need to help provide excellent customer support to our customers. We're an enteprise software house and our customer can face complex issues - Wolken allows us to capture all required information in an easy and flexible way which leads to a smooth experience for both our customers and employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use natural language to describe issues and very prompt and relevant responses from our knowledge bases
What do you dislike about the product?
Responses can be more human like especially along the lines of what's offered by some of the large language models .. perhaps integrating with such will make it better

Reducing the calls to our admins for solving routine IT configuration issues..

What do you like best about the product?
Wolken Service Desk helps us achieve our customer satisfaction goals with accuracy, predictability, and control. I particularly like the aspect of building knowledge bases to reduce time to respond better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular. Wolken is very responsive to our requests to fine tune our implementation and their engineers are competant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the customer feel CUBOT BI is a responsive company, is the biggest benefit of using Wolkrn products.

What do you dislike about the product?
we have not undergone any issues with the Wolken Team during the setup of Go Live.
overall the Wolken team provided everything we asked for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us with our customer service support, due to its omni channels functionality it has helped us connect all of our channels in one place.

this has given our company are huge boost in productivity and customer satisfaction score!

What do you like best about the product?
Wolken service desk ticks all the boxes for a service desk tool. Easy to use, has all the features that required for operations and the ease of integrations with third party platforms is a great plus point.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the tool. Any product has to go through its evolution with time and AI/ML features are being proposed for future releases and looking forward to experiencing the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Wolken service desk for all our customer delivery where SLA's are key for operations. The ease of creating tickets, the operations flow and visibility to our customers is seamless. The knowledge base helps us and also users to resolve the tickets/issue faster. The reports and dashboards helps us generate our weekly/monthly reports easier and the tool becomes single point of reference/proof for review.
