Sometimes the language auto-detection fails, but it’s not really a problem to just click and select the correct one.

We can get solutions to software problems that are only available in idioms our team doesn’t know.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use online translator supporting special / niche languages, like Hungarian language. IT supports well known Office formats, which can be directly uploaded to the portal. It has built in AI for real time speech to text functionality, which can speed up mail writing or note taking. Onboarding is easy, you just need a login to the page, no need of any software to install on your machine. The voice feature has good integrations with Microsoft Teams

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hungarian language is not a popular one and it can help a lot with heavy English materials to translate to my language for easier understanding. Speech to text can help reducing my time to write documents.

What do you like best about the product?

DeepL Translate is a translation tool that is particularly simple and intuitive to use. Its clean interface allows for immediate handling, without requiring specific training. The quality of the translations, especially in English, is very satisfactory. The formulations are natural and suitable for both professional use (emails, business documents) and personal use. The tool accurately conveys the tone and context, making it reliable for everyday use. DeepL was recommended to me by my training center, and I confirm that it is an efficient and accessible solution for all translation needs.

There may be some limitations in its free use, but it is really not a hindrance in my usage.

He helps me daily with my translation needs when I don't have the right vocabulary. It saves me time by getting straight to the point. Its immediate integration into Edge greatly facilitates the writing of my texts in English, more naturally.

What do you like best about the product?

File Translation, shortcuts to use to traslate, I love the simple UI as well as since I work in a Japanese firm that also works with English files, it gets really easy to integrate both Japanese and English using DeepL.
I also love the Glossary feature for some peculiar Japanese translations.
Integration with Windows is great.
Nowadays, it also have started to use AI and general performance has improved.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes, the shortcut feature to do translation at a given time doesn't work. Also there is a 20-file translation limit to me, I think it could be a little price or package situation with my company.

My company works with both Japan and India colleagues, that is why the files and requirements are in English then those are converted to Japanese and vice versa.

It's probably the most accurate translation tool I've used, and its API is very straightforward to use.

The layout of their UI can be a little confusing.

I love this platform for its capability to translate most of the major languages from one to another. This platform is really helpful in cross cultural organization where peoples from different parts of world comes to together. It enables user to effectively communicate and also increase the capability of the teams to collaborate better with efficiency. I love the features of this platform which enables us to effectively and accurately translate the languages for instant use. I also love the part where we can translate text to another language text. Other than this I also love the capability to translate the language of the files which we can do by directly uploading the file. The platform is user friendly and the onboarding of this platform was also quick. I also love the part of this platform where it can provide live transcription. This enables to record during a meeting. I love the performance of this platform and I feel that the pricing of this platform is moderate. I also love the ability of this platform to integrate with various other platform. I also love the capability of this platform to summarize using this platform.

I love most part of this platform but I wish that this platform have more conversions mode where we can balance speed and accuracy. I also wish that some more local languages are supported by this platform. I also wish that the android download was as powerful as its browser version. I wish that the platform can auto detect languages.

This platform solves multi cultural exchanges. It enables user to communicate better and allows functioning of the team to become more powerful. This platform makes us less worried about different language communication. Other than this AI of this platform improves the efficiency of the users for a correct and efficient writing. Meetings can also be transcribe by using the DeepL voice. The mobile platform can also be improve a little more.

It's virtually omnipresent in my laptop and in most app I use.

I would love if it could provide at least two alterntive translations.

I am happy to have it API in Trados, which significantly speeds up and improves my translation efforts.

I work as a customer service agent primarily in English and Spanish, but sometimes I receive emails or chats in other languages, I used DeepL to translate them and so far it has worked wonders.

This is the most acurrate diccionary for multi-lingual translation I have ever used

nothing to dislike at all. It works so well and fast and easy there is no way to dislike it.

I have never had a single problem with DeepL.
