Many bugs and their customer support is basically non-existent
What do you like best about the product?
Decent quality of translations for certain languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is basically non-existent. They overcharged me for translation credits by a margin of 20x, and when I opened the ticket, they closed it immediately without offering an actual solution. They just gave me a template response that they will forward to the developers to improve their bugs in the fire. Is this supposed to be a serious company??? Also, how come they don't support Hindi?

What do you like best about the product?
DeepL is an AI translation tool I discovered in the last few months. It is quite useful. It can offer alternatives to translated sentences or words. Also, sometimes I need to translate paragraphs or sentences that contain code, DeepL does it for me without touching the code. As a Turkish user, the structure of sentences in our language is the opposite of English sentences and DeepL translates with great sentence structures despite this.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I translate with DeepL, at the very beginning of the translation, DeepL suggests me some idioms or alternative words in the sentence. If I select the alternative and continue typing the text I am going to translate, the alternative I selected disappears and returns to what it was before I selected it, the first translated version.
Sometimes it cannot translate some special words and terms. Unfortunately, I get help from Google Translate for this.
Apps for cell phones are not so successful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to write a new and localized sentence structure for the translated text and to learn the meaning of some foreign (really strange) terms. Especially when I need to translate some sentences with code in them, it does not damage the code.

nothing! I found it so very much superior to - fior example - Translate.google. While accepting that Google offer many more languages, Deepl cob=vered all the languages I have ever needed

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about DeepL is its accuracy while translating Non-English language to English. Another best thing I love about DeepL is that we can easily upload and translate entire PDF, Word or PPT files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific I dislike about DeepL. The only concern is when I do reverse translation to cross-check the accuracy of the translation; some words appear to be mistranslated.

We conduct market research interviews in European regions. Our internal software provides us Non-English transcript post-completion of an interview. DeepL helps us by quickly translating the Non-English transcripts into English transcripts. This helps us get transcripts in minutes, and we can invest more time in the interview analysis.

A quick and easy to use tool. The translations are accurate and it offers a large number of languages. Moreover, the translations are very well done and include the subtleties of the language used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser extension of DeepL causes problems on several of my work tools. Indeed, even if the page is in my native language the extension tries to translate some words and this can cause problems on the page.

The tool allows for fast and quality translation. It is a real time saver, and even translates technical terms specific to certain professions. I highly recommend this tool !
A great machine translation tool

In my opinion it is the best machine translation tool on the market. The translations sound are very natural compared to other tools I have tried. It even recognises more colloquial phrases.

I have no complaints yet. I have had a very positive experience with this tool.

I like that you can click on a certain word and see different synonyms for it. You can easily modify the translation to use the vocabulary you want and make it sound natural.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy DeepL displays when translating entire documents. This tool competes in a very saturated space but has still managed to stand out despite so many competitors.

Absolutely nothing, they continue to enhance the platform and I am beyond pleased.

I have to sort through a lot of documentation that is in a foreign language in my day-to-day life, DeepL has saved me many hours and has made my life much easier.
