Amazing Translator!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is super easy to translate text, if you have selected some text, you can just hit copy twice, and it will automatically open DeepL with the text already translated.
It uses your history of translation to determine which language to translate with, and it automatically switches them for me. For instance, I frequently work with Spanish and English, so if I select English text, it will translate into Spanish, but if I select Spanish text, it will automatically detect and translate to English.
It really is a wonderful tool for me! It is also free to use.= with limited characters and editing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for months, and the only downside is that sometimes the translations are not quite grammatically correct, but that is a downside with every translation product I have used so far, including programs you have to pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not bilingual and know only a smattering of Spanish. However, our customers are bilingual or only speak Spanish, and I need DeepL to help me translate content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should try it out. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. I have not needed support, and it is an easy and seamless process.
DeepL defines Simplified Chinese as the only one "Chinese" language option
What do you like best about the product?
As being a certified translator of two language pairs of both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, I'd reckon DeepL offers better machine translation in Simplified Chinese output than other free web applications. Surprisingly DeepL does Japanese machine translation and overall quality is beyond expectation, this is very unlikely provided for free, thanks to the generosity from DeepL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, DeepL meant to exclude the Traditional Chinese language, it's either by demand or merely misunderstands that Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are the same languages using the same characters and phrases. Unfortunately, the product language lists doesn't include one of my target language therefore it's never been recommended by my project advisors.
Moreover, DeepL doesn't seem able to auto-detect asian language correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepL indeed provides better machine translation quality than Google Translate (free version), very useful for customers in EU and China. Japanese machine translation quality is fair enough (for free price), but needs to be human post edited if output is delivered to Japanese native. The benefit of DeepL should be its stability as a web application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DeepL has great layout, minimal design, easy to spot, it's perfect for users in EU, China and Japan. Machine translation overall quality is good, terminology is accurate (in most cases), plenty enough for small to medium scope. Be advised that Chinese in DeepL only refers to Mandarin (Simplified) Chinese, Traditional Chinese is EXCLUDED, given this language option limit, this won't work in Greater China Region.
Deepl all the way
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I like about Deepl is the ability to translate the whole sentence rather than just word by word and switch words and get their acronym on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop application just goes blank and I need to restart my PC to get it working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now write professional emails in any language I do not master yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deepl will make your life easier when you start working in a bilingual company
Significantly better than Google Translate
What do you like best about the product?
DeepL's translations come out sounding far more natural than Google. For polyglots like me, it's great to be able to type something out in my dominant language and see it perfectly rendered in a secondary language. I always have my monolingual teammates rely on DeepL if I'm not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
For longer translations, DeepL puts a little plug at the end for their product. I don't mind it too much, but it can be awkward during client interactions if I forget to delete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepL helps us operate with a global, multi-lingual user base. It's not as good as having someone who actually speaks the language, but honestly, DeepL is darn close. Translations (both incoming and outgoing) are surprisingly natural. I speak five languages myself, and I can vouch that DeepL knows what it's doing!
DeepL is the best online translator out there.
What do you like best about the product?
DeepL is a great tool for translating text from one language to another. It is easy to use and has a beautiful interface. The translation tool is just as quick as the outsized competition, but more accurate and nuanced than any we've tried. There are many online translators out there, but I personally believe that DeepL is the one with the most accurate results.
I have been using DeepL for several years now and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the service. It's translation tool is just as quick as the outsized competition, but more accurate and nuanced than any we've tried. DeepL has also outperformed other services such as Google and Microsoft. Even though the translations from English by Google and Microsoft are quite good, DeepL still manages to produce a better product.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like about DeepL is that the PRO version is only available in few privileged countries. I hope they start offering it to more people soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepL provided accurate translations which, at times, look like human translations. This is a great translation tool for those who don't have the time to have human translations done for their websites. Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone who wants quality outputs should definitely consider DeepL.
