What do you like best about the product?
Barrier-free and legally compliant / data protection-compliant handling increases the safety of our employees. Smooth, service-oriented, and customer-friendly support from DeepL helps with seamless implementation and very good integration. Great language model supports daily work content, easy user interface, in daily use (approximately 50,000 cases monthly).
What do you dislike about the product?
possibly the agent is a step away from the core portfolio...but only time will tell
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeepL helps with daily communication (written and verbal) with foreign language customers. The processing colleagues can focus again on case consultation, minimizing frictional losses due to misunderstandings and the search for a common language.

Quality of NMT results for texts, and user friendly experience.

The API is limited, and it often requires a third party software to use at scale.

The new AI agent is solving a lot of issues for less language knowledgable users!

There is no MT better. It's (often) fast. And I <3 the DeepL team

Customer support is non existent. Keep that in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it's MT. We use many MT and DeepL is one of the few one that actually has a good API.

It's really easy to use, it has high accuracy in translations

DeepL do not have every language I need.

I like your feature like DeepL Write, I use it to make my texts and emails more accurate and to adjust a tone/style of the text.

the quality, reliability and ability to address many, really multiple, uncountable contexts
What do you dislike about the product?
the limit of 1500 characters in the free version of the translator - hard to recommend to someone who is new to the tool and not wanting to create a pro account immediately at the start
