Effortless Customization and Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and the customization available through glossaries and now the integration with translation memories. I am able to quickly and reliably translate text from any domain. It now a firm part of my workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integrating context into translation, for example, being able to indicate what type of document of scenario the text is being translated for. This occurs, for example, when translating UI keys for software and translation errors occur, because I am not able to provide context for what type of software. I hope this will be improved with the development of the Customization Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for offers their product in over 35 languages. So providing reliable and correct translations for all users is key. DeepL helps bridge the gap between the content we produce in-house and the language our users speak.

Deepl writte option is very useful to improve texted quality

Nothing that I don't like, the tool is really useful in general

What do you like best about the product?
The availability of language pairs, the quality of translations, and the reliability of the API are all important factors for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glossary is enforced quite rigidly, which can sometimes be a drawback.

The ability to translate large amounts of text instantly, along with the option to customize the process, is very useful.

Very forward thinking. Interesting approach with Agent. That’s not something I would have anticipated from DeepL.

I wish the MS Word plugin would have the option to provide synonyms with a click on the word just like the browser based service.

The cost of a license and the restrictions on translated documents are concerns for me.
