Outstanding Language Support and Reliable API
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of language pairs, the quality of translations, and the reliability of the API are all important factors for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glossary is enforced quite rigidly, which can sometimes be a drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to translate large amounts of text instantly, along with the option to customize the process, is very useful.

I wish the MS Word plugin would have the option to provide synonyms with a click on the word just like the browser based service.

There are noticeable discrepancies between the web interface and the API. Additionally, I have found that some languages do not perform as well as others.
