The high quality of translation and great variety of functions such as Write and voice. Also the full integration of tools is great and helpful.

The ability of fast feature launching is a benefit but also difficult to handle for bigger companies. I would appreciate more information in advance.

What I appreciate most about DeepL is its impressive accuracy and the natural flow of its translations. The results genuinely read as if they were written by a human, rather than generated by a machine. DeepL excels at capturing context and tone, which is particularly valuable when working on professional documents, emails, or marketing materials. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, allowing for seamless switching between languages or text formats. Additionally, its integration with tools like Word and Chrome adds an extra layer of convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, less common languages or specialized technical terms may not be translated as accurately, and the formatting can sometimes change when working with lengthy documents. I also wish the free version supported a wider range of file types. Despite these points, the service is highly dependable and generally outperforms most other options.

DeepL addresses the challenge of quick and precise multilingual communication. Rather than having to rewrite or manually verify translations, I am able to translate complex material within seconds while maintaining a consistent tone. This has significantly reduced the time I spend on editing and has made working with international teams far more straightforward. It is a tool that genuinely enhances both productivity and the ability to collaborate globally.

Great Context-Aware Translations, but Plugin Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Best toold for context-aware traductions. You can clearly see that it does not only translate word by word but that translations are enriched by the context. Easy to use, implement and integrate with you workflows. Use it daily.

Wished the plugin worked always as seamlessly as the web. Other than that, we would definitely benefit from more languages available for translation.

I like its accuracy and natuI like its accuracy and natural-sounding translations, plus it’s easy to use, simple to implement, has useful features, integrates well, and I use it frequently. Customer support is also reliable.ral-sounding translations compared to other tools.

Sometimes it freezes and doesn’t respond.

It gives one of the most accurate machine translated outputs

It is still behind openAI when it comes to fluency and readability. Also ever since it turned into an LLM system, it seems to introduce hallucinations into the translation.

Most helpful is its accuracy at least in English, if not in Hungarian. It is also good in Bulgarian.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally it gives me awful mistranslations that are usable as jokes only. Plus it stops working every half an hour or so, requiring relaunch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me understanding complicated sentences in German, English, Bulgarian and Slovenian, and translating them into Hungarian, Bulgarian, German. From time to time it makes me laugh with its ridiculous mistranslations and hallucinations, easing the monotony of work.
