Trusty and handy tool for my day to day little translation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, accuracy and optional translations.
What do you dislike about the product?
A very rare lack of correct translation, because of which I have to use another translator.

The ease of use is outstanding. And I like the alternate suggestions for interpreting a phrase.

Sometimes it doesn't copy/paste the formatting quite right.

Our primary language is English, but we have a large contingent of employees whose primary language is Spanish. DeepL is great because I can immediately translate anything needed to or from English to Spanish.

What do you like best about the product?
DeepL provides instant, high-quality translations for so many languages and for text and images, which is extremely useful in my research. the Control+C+C shortcut is a great timesaver!

There are few downsides. I sometimes have issues with image translations and technical terms used in my field, but those are easily identified and remedied with the appropriate jargon.

I need to translate documents from multiple languages and often from sources that do not have an electronic version - being able to use text or images to translate saves so much time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fast, rather good, machine translation, which I **attempt** to use for business and personal work. I am native- or near-native-fluent in several languages and use it to generate texts in those languages. Then I edit those texts for my own style, or for differing regional vocabulary and structure. Spanish is different in Peru than Spain. French is different in Paris than Québec. USW ... as one would say in German.
Personally, it is also very useful for a number of languages I speak somewhat comfortably, but not yet fluently -- Hungarian, Swedish, and Italian being top-three of some eight. I use it as a language **instruction** tool, because I can focus on the language as used in my profession [Agronomy] to build on my solid ability to deal with daily-life when in-country.

What do you dislike about the product?
For two years I have paid the USD105 upgrade, but the system continues to restrict me to 1500 words. It refuses to accept MS-Word documents, although that's what I PAY for.
Repeated attempts to address that problem with Customer Service have gone nowhere and corrected nothing.

Speed of decent translations -- to save time for languages in which I'm totally fluent. From there it is "tweak", "polish", and adjust to my personal writing style.

The years I worked with Deepl, in four different languages, it has always worked well and aquerate.

It's easy to work with, and one can choose between several options to get to the sense one is looking for. Even specialised text as a mining report in spanish worked out fine.

I have had no bad experiences till now, and it has become better and with more languages.

With the easy use I always start the translation with Deepl and then I go through it, and at times make a change, or add something to make the transltion more specific and easier to understand.

DeepL offers many languages in both translating directions. This is very important for writers, teachers and students, letting you care for precision and style as you write/translate/create with words.

Sometimes, the context provided is narrow to take a secure option, and you need to look up at a Dictionary.

Now I am retired, and I could say that DeepL is my assistant. We have no problems beyond occasional translation, literary indeed.

What do you like best about the product?
I use DeepL several times a day, primarily through its Chrome extension. It provides instant access to the translation service, either through the extension, their web browser, or as desktop software. It can also be accessed immediately with a simple keyboard shortcut. I mainly use it to translate more difficult press texts and technical literature from several languages (English, French, German to Hungarian). The accuracy of the translations is impressive. It's as if the translated texts were written in my native language.

I find the service a bit expensive, considering Hungarian incomes.
