Netscout is the best observability tool in the Market right now

What do you like best about the product?
The Ability of Netscout to view past network data is incredible, it also has the ability to view past network issue like a Wireshark capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, netscout is a great tool for any engineer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor the whole activity in our network and also very helpful in troubleshooting.

What do you like best about the product?
the Netscout Network and observaliby is a nice Network Tools But german Customer very expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Price is to cheap for Customers. And the ui is very old.

To Analyse and troubelshooting the Network Problems

What do you like best about the product?
One of the major advantages is the end-to-end visibility it provides. I also appreciate the customizable network and application services.

At times, the complexity can feel overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
On large networks its great for pin pointing where errors are coming from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial view was a little scary with all the filtering and drill downs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly able to see what is causing the errors during incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
The telemetry data that we get from the network is useful for either security and networking teams. This can make lives of all industries easier and integrate teams into one cohesive response. The architecture will also be leveraged as one, so that helps with implementation times and the architecture grows organically
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the lack of appearance in Gartner MQ hurts the profile. I believe the product is strong, but perception tends to be reality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By understanding all what happens in the network, and watching all the packet flows North-South and East-West, we can provide quicker information to customers that will result in less time to remediate the issues and isolate problems.

What do you like best about the product?
nGeniusOne provides in-depth views to our network and allows us to trouble shoot problems, capacity plan, and manage our network in ways that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphical interface is very complex and takes some time to navigate for inexperienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed packet analysis and realtime details on our infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Netscout tools provided analytics not provided by other products our company use. It is THE tool we use when anyone asks 'is it the network?'.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but the information provided by the tools must be interpreted by a network professional. I don't believe there is much to be done about that but hopeful that ChatDPI will take that leap and close the gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tools are used daily to assist in troubleshooting or monitoring applications within our network. It routinely aids in getting the problems into the right hands. We also use in collaboration with other monitoring tools to confirm observations and expand on analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the panel available for use along with the packets storage. the packet storage allows us to go to a point in time to troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tcp troubleshooting is a great tool. it take a lot of time to replicate that graph on other tools.

netscout helps us determine if issues are network or application related
