What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workload with our previous package was quite labour intensive but Xero is much quicker to handle with less paperwork required

Easy to train for and friendly to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Help screens and google how to .. allows you to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any dislikes as such. If anything it is easy to loose your TAB while transfering between screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero is so easy to use it gives time back.
Excellent Accounting Package
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward, there are clear indications to guide the user and it's convenient - providing everything necessary to run a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy using the software but I have to login using email because I can't use my phone to login. Small thing, but a nuisance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps records regarding all accounts and provides BAS statements.
Xero- G-Accon Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Using G-Accon along with Xero has been a game changer for us. It helps us to easily track our outstanding invoices and manage it so much easier. The automation process works so well and saves so much time for us daily. We are thankful Xero has the integration capabilities to work with the G-Accon templates and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to see total currency paid when looking at invoices paid section to show total amount paid amongst several invoices at once without having to download a full report. Wish there was a way when you have accidentally approved invoices that are needing correction that you could select a large group of invoices and void them all at once in awaiting pymt section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides ease of using template to create large groups of invoices & to email them out all together as a batch. Ease of tracking past due invoices and sending automatic reminders, etc.

User friendly and simple to use. Intergrates great with our HR software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still working my way around the site but I havent come accross any negatives yet.

All payroll is done on Xero. It makes my life so much easier.

Exceptional accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy and fast to use, it integrates with my bank so it's very easy, very hard to make mistakes and it'a saved me so much time with my bookkeeping

There are some more complicated features that are harder to understand

It makes my daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks much easier and therefor it saves me lots of time and minimises the possibility of mistakes

What do you like best about the product?
I just like the consolidation features and the interface is user friendly, offers all in one, paperless record keeping, centralize your finances with safe and secure cloud accounting software, , however it has a shorter trial period

Xero can not highlight for any possible errors, it just reproduce whatever you input in the system

Internal reporting is being done in timely manner, data consolidation is done in time and orderly manner

What do you like best about the product?
Xero has made small business accounting easy and accessible to me, even without a business background. It helps me reconcile transactions easily so I never miss one. Xero is also a one stop shop for all my sales needs, such as invoices and quotes. I like that it's all in one place, with great tutorials to help me too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could keep track of various types of expenses in Xero to make it easy for the end of financial year tax return. Maybe this feature is there and I haven't come across it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero has made accounting incredibly accessible to me, even though I lack accounting and business knowledge. As a former teacher with a small business, I need a lot of assistance in this area. Xero has been easy to pick up and run with so that I can manage my finances with confidence and make sure every transaction is reconciled easily.
