My all in one financial machine
What do you like best about the product?
Xero has a multitude of apps in its store which enables my entire sales system to run seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their payroll solution is clunky and. It user friendly. You are unable to put a monthly salary and instead has 178 hours at £5.876658 which is below National minimum wage but the employees are not being paid National minimum wage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero streamlines the accounting function of a business. Direct bank feeds enable east bank reconciliations and the recurring invoices mean I don't need to spend time invoicing each month.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero eradicates manual accounting tasks which saves time from AP, AR and GL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero pose no error when utilizing it on my end at workstation.

Fast, Effective Comms, Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Fast contact, clear concise instructions enabling the customer to arrive at a solution themselves which in its self is alot more beneficial than having someone fully babysit you and not knowing yourself what to do with future occurances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all comes to mind, all expectations have been met

Inventory side of the program is still lacking in comparison to other programs.
No way to use if the servers/internet are down.

We use it internally for own invoicing and accounting needs, as well as setting up our own accounting clients on the software.
It's ease of use is making it more simple to teach our clients how to utilise.

Excellent software for smaller businesses
What do you like best about the product?
We love the fact that you can integrate other apps into it, to aid better business intelligence. Everything you could need is within loads of reporting documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more free intergrated apps to work with xero, and wish that the bank accounts would stay connected as sometimes they will drop out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep a better eye on our expenses so we don't over spend and lets us know when invoices haven't been paid yet.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since I started using Xero, it has ever been seamless and rapid to carry out accounting tasks by automating repetitive tasks such as billing and invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero has mobile applications for iOS and Android but it lacks all features available on cloud-based solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero offer three way matching capabilities that eradicate errors when paying vendors by detecting discrepancies on invoices automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is very friendly to use .Quite cheap in cost comparing to QBO.

In few countries you can't connect the bank.

It is also easy and convenient for the client to upload the documents remotely. This is best suited for all types of businesses and fulfils the basic accounting requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
Software needs to improve or add features for inventory tracking. Further, the payroll setup and process can be a bit confusing for new users.

For the day-to-day work process, it helps with time management. The best part is quick access to the report generation and auto-match reconciliation of bank transactions. Moreover, Xero software has a simple user interface.
Great Entry Level to Advanced System
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is very user friendly. It is great for individuals who are newer to accounting with training modules. It's also great for a small team by using automation
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside was how unique the email for invoices was. It has a lot of special characters so it can be a challenge if you are trying to share with a vendor over the phone.
