Most user-friendly bookkeeping software out there
What do you like best about the product?
User interface. Out of all the bookkeeping and accounting applications I have put my hands on, Xero is the easiest one to navigate and understand. The simple interface and color scheme just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything. Some people say that reports can be tricky to customise, but If one tries to understand the key functions everything can be done easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily bookkeeping solutions. Xero always makes it easy for anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Xero automates financial reporting process thus making it easy to create financial statements and balance sheets reports.It's easy to track and manage cash flows.I like ease to track and manage expenses with this tool.Bank reconciliation process seems more simpler with Xero.

There is nothing that challenges me when working with Xero since everything is easy and fast to comprehend without any hassles.

Xero is a great program with integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of tracking 1099's and subcontractor details. Having multi-level controls on an online accounting platform is fantastic. Changing between companies is so easy. I love the time-tracking abilities. Xero is very intuitive and easy to train others to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is with the projects module; you still have to use the tracking categories. I wish that the projects module synced with everything including things like Expensify. I also wish that you could have multiple rate cards with the projects module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the big ones is that we don't all physically live in the same place; some of us are remote. The company has 3 different offices, so having a cloud-based accounting software was a must. Xero is robust enough to take care of all of our needs.
Fairly easy to use, but has its' flaws...
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is pretty easy to use as a new company director with limited prior experience with finance or accounting software, although naturally, it takes time fully getting to grips with the platform and customising the settings to meet your needs. Being a VAT-registered business, it's nice having the ability to manage and submit VAT returns via Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
I absolutely hate the poor search capability within Xero. Almost everytime I search for an invoice or transaction on the platform I can't find the result and later come to find it is in fact in the workspace. I opened a support ticket about the search function and was disappointed to hear the system was intact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage incoming and outgoing cash transactions attaching receipts, invoices, etc that record any VAT due. The platform also makes it really easy to produce reports from predefined and custom templates.

UI is great. Although its best for medium-sized businesses, it offers the whole packet

There is no live bank feeds for Greece. It's best used for countries like the US, UK, and Australia.

Shows me all my payables and receivables in detail. I do not have to be going back and forth trying to figure out what needs to get paid and who needs to pay the company.
Decent Solution For Basic Needs But Price Jump To High For Multi-Currency Users
What do you like best about the product?
Simple Invoicing, Simple Bills, Reports are easy to customise however could be better managed through decent archives system rather than to re write the current report as default.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inventory system is terrible and historical adjustments near impossible to manage without digging yourself a "never ending" hole of errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank reconciliation automation with bank riles are helpful. Multi-entity bank accounts do not appear to be a priority for group accounts. Forget integrating personal accounts.
