Perfect for beginners or experienced book keepers, lots of resources and pay to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Xero has multiple report options that allow you to montior progress and risks holistically. The software layout is very simple and easy to understand regardless of prior knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main concern is the overall price of the software. However, comparing it to other options, I think Xero gives the best service for a reasonable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking to software to Power Diary is super helpful and limits the possibility of human error, making it really easy to sort invoices, an area we found difficult in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how other systems can easily integrate other software can integrate into Xero. It matches transactions, so it is easy to reconcile at the end of the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
When billing out a PO, you can bill it out more than the amount is for, and it can mess up with the financials on the balance sheet, etc. Also, when pulling reports, you must click on too many different things to get to where you want to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows things to be in one place without going to many other places. It integrates with other softwares and makes it easier than pulling reports manually from other places.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of other apps. The program is easy to use and to teach to our cleints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not happy when the bank feeds stop working.

Xero continually improves on its product, which benefits us and our clients.
Easy-2-use Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
i love the bankfeeds and the management report functionality. the dashboard optimisation makes it easy for me to get to daily usage information

that bank reconciliations are not part of the management report pack

it helps by giving the bankfeed info in time so i can give my clients up to date accounting information to enable them to make better business decisions
Xero made life easy for Accountants
What do you like best about the product?
Xero has a user-friendly interaction and provides a tutorial for each segment and. also; we can create a demo company for trial-and-error checks for accounting. I personally like the bank rules in bank reconciliation segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many loopholes in this software compared with similar accounting software like ZOHO or MyOB, which has minimal customization. But the dashboard can be improved and integrated to export data to other software for preparing management reports. We already have the spotlight, but if we can bring more options, it would be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our business deals with the financing sector, we have thousands of bank reconciliation transactions every month. And also, we have many accounting entries to be passed every month, which can be automated and just checked by creating rules for reconciliations and cloning for repeating the statutory entries.
Nice interface, easy to adopt and integrates to our programs

I can logon to the Xero app anywhere in the world and see a snapshot of the business

Cloud based software that can be accessed anywhere which means we can work from anywhere and checkin
Best accounting software!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Xero is that it is very user-friendly. You don't need to be an accountant to understand all of its features. This software is perfect for most business owners!
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero is a great software but I think it would be helpful if they will be merging certain menus i.e. merging the organisation settings and financial settings so they're all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero helped us save a lot of administration time as the software basically does everything for us. All the reports we need can be generated in just a few clicks!
The best accountancy platform by a long way
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything you need an accountancy program to do and more, it's easy to use as you start automating processes, so reconciliation eventually becomes a few clicks.
They are also at the right price point, as you only pay for what you need, you can add on extras, but you aren't paying for what you don't need, I do think that the pricing is just at the right point, if they increased the charges any further and we may feel differently.
They also listen to feedback with one exception (the need to see a stock line with no stock, we have some products made to order, and this is sadly not an issue they are going to fix), but in every respect, they do act on feedback, they have their group on C Space designed to test new ideas and fix issues, and it's a great community.
They are also at the right price point, as you only pay for what you need, you can add on extras, but you aren't paying for what you don't need, I do think that the pricing is just at the right point, if they increased the charges any further and we may feel differently.

The inability to sell stock lines with zero stock means you have to find your own workaround.
The business reporting tools can sometimes need a lot of amending and aren't the easiest and quickest tools to find.

Bookkeeping and stock control
Easy to use, super detailed and gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Xero provides a good detail of employees pay. It's easy to view the payslips and has a good UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about xero as a consumer of it. It provided payslips in a clear format.

I am able to quickly and easily restore old pay checks
Great platform for invoice management and accounting
What do you like best about the product?
The Xero provide an excellent feature for handling the most challenging task for the business, i.e. accounting and handling cash in and out, outstanding and overdue bill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero has provided a lot of great features to handle accounting, but Xero has no phone call support, and it has very few limits on the early plan, i.e. up to 20 invoices.

Xero has helped solve many significant business problems by providing many features under one roof, such as accounting, invoicing, payroll, and accepting payments.
