What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly, nothing technical required

I dislike that is can't sync directly with Infusionsoft

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Xero is very easy to use. Even if you aren't particularly technologically savvy or financially inclined, you will be able to use Xero to meet your needs. Creating and collecting invoices is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find I have to click around some to find what I am looking for. (But that might just be me). Perhaps a more visual dashboard will help those of us who need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xero solves our complex bookkeeping needs. We keep not only our own books but those of clients as well.
Through their partnership program, we can pass along savings to our clients that they would not have had otherwise. We can also manage all client finances from one centralized place.

The interface not intituitive and not easy to navigate to certain important functions

Xero has some great rules around processing and has many additional options that could allow it to be an ERP for smaller companies.

Some features for US clients are missing (NATCHA file generation).

Xero is our financial software used to create monthly reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Xero is accessible wherever you are as long there is Internet or data. It is cloud-based, so there is no need to download or install any program except Xero. It is also user-friendly as it can be available in Windows and Mac. I also like their different features like payroll management, invoicing, and also automatic creation of reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something to dislike is that to use Xero you really need to learn on how to navigate it. It also has a limited reconciliation feature wherein double-checks or reviews are not able to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better flow of keeping track of income and expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to integrate with all of our accounting systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in regards to the platform and reports. Just tired of the log in authentication code over and over.

It is connecting our finance platforms and making our finance reporting both accurate and simplified.

Xero is a surefire way to keep my accounts in order, and it's so simple and has fantastic integrations, especially for automation!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small business owner with no formal accounting knowledge, I feel like real-world examples for some functions would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a small business and Xero solves so many problems for me - it integrates with Zapier and therefore helps me automate my business and accounting. I spent 5 minutes a day checking in on things and that's all I need thanks to the integrations, especially with Pleo that does all my purchasing!

What do you like best about the product?
Xero is simple to learn and use, it is one of the best cloud-based systems for small and medium enterprises but it lacks flexibility with the forms and modules customization
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to manage wet stock using the Xero system as it lacks the payroll and inventory module unless incorporated with some other stock management software

Xero is an accounting software which provides to store each and every realted to journals. Even it is easy to get the data using API for analysis and creating reports. Even there is 30 day trial where we can try it out for our requirement and the cost is also reasonable.

there is nothing such dislike for Xero as the cost is also reasonable.

It resolved the problem of maintaining the files and even analysing the data because of data been scattered in many files.
